With spectacular views over the golf courses, over the coast and on a clear day, out to the Attlas Mountains in Africa, to the left the Sierra Blanca mountain range that gives Marbella it unique micro climate. The apartment was built in April 07 and is luxuriously furnished to a 5 star quality standard with marble flooring throughout. It is all run with an "intelligent home management system” air-conditioned through out, under floor heating. The king size bed is dressed with 100% cotton sheets and silk throw. The kitchen is modern and friendly, fitted with every appliance. The bathrooms have been fitted with the best marble and furniture, power shower and bubble bath. There are 60sq meters of private sunroof terrace with beds and showers, and a terrace from the lounge with those spectacular views.

On the terrace is where most people spend their time and when you are here you can see why. With spectacular views, and good weather you can breakfast, lunch and BBQ on your terrace. There is underground parking with a lift to your apartment and a pool area that is quiet and beautiful.

The holiday price includes a meet & greet service where you will be met at the apartment with the keys. We offer a number of other services to make your stay more enjoyable: Pick up and drop off service from the airport, Jet Skis for the day - dropped off at your beach and picked up later (you do need a jet ski licence). Sports boat for groups of 4-6 people for water skiing, knee boarding, seeing the dolphins or just sight seeing. Motor cruiser for up to 12 people. See how the others live!!!

Out of respect for other visitors, we request that smoking is confined to the balcony area only... (ashtrays are provided).
Pool Towels not provided.
To secure a booking a non-refundable deposit of 25% of total payment is required in advance, with the balance paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
* Please note that the apartment must be vacated by 11:00 on day of departure.
* It is recommended that you take out adequate travel insurance.
* We would also require a deposit in the sum of £200 to be held in case of any accidental damage sustained which will be repaid following satisfactory key fob return and apartment inspection.
This will be repaid within 14 days.
NOTE: We will NOT keep your deposit if you break a glass or anything minor. In this event we would appreciate that you inform us of this so we can arrange replacement.

Course C: Guadaiza
The newcomer at La Quinta Golf, the Guadaiza course showcases panoramic views of the Sierra Blanca Hills. The earthy mountain hues contrast beautifully with the lush green fairways, reflected in the crystal surfaces of the course's many lakes.
Framed by the majesty of the Sierra Blanca mountains, Guadaiza completes the extraordinary golf experience found at La Quinta Golf. Stretching out to the longest length of the three courses at 3331 meters (3642 yards), Guadaiza encourages its players to drive long and deep. The course thrills with three par 5 holes in succession, four par 4 and two par 3 holes. The most challenging hole is number 7---a par 5 with a demanding tee-off with water in front and off-limits on the left that tests its players by not allowing any hook on their opening shot.
La Quinta International Golf Academy: Run by 1985 Ryder Cup Champion Manuel Piñero, the La Quinta Golf Academy has been teaching the mastery and techniques of golf for over 15 years. Lessons are suited to all levels of play, for groups as well as individuals.
The game of golf, with its intricate and demanding subtleties, requires a strong foundation in technique. The La Quinta Golf Academy offers a comprehensive program that adapts itself to the individual player's skill level and rate of learning – making it the perfect place for players to develop both their abilities and love of the game. An experienced staff of instructors, supervised by world champion Manuel Piñero, are delighted to customize their approach to each of their students.
The La Quinta Golf Academy offers five-day and weekend courses, alongside an extensive schedule of private lessons during the week. Throughout the entire year, we offer instruction for beginners without an official handicap and for players with a handicap.
We are also delighted to design appropriate lesson plans for children, seniors, families, or groups of friends. Likewise, we will customize our instruction to address a particular technique - slice, draw, hook, push, pull or fade - or improve a specific area in your game. Just let us know what you wish to accomplish, and we'll make it happen.
Course B: Ronda. Named after a local favourite – the beautiful nearby village of Ronda – the Ronda course acts as a natural and challenging extension of the San Pedro (Course A). Ronda loves to test the precision of your game with its sloping fairways and fast greens.
The Ronda (Course B) creates the perfect complement to the skillful twists and turns of the San Pedro (Course A). Measuring a total length of 2712 meters (2972 yards), Ronda features one par 5, six par 4 and two par 3 holes. Undeniably the greatest hurdle of the course, hole number 6 is par 5 and handicap 1. The Ronda continuously engages the player's skill with its unpredictable sloping fairways, fast greens and ingeniously positioned “blind” tee-offs with occasional dog legs.
La Quinta Club House: Adjacent to the hotel, La Quinta Club House is dubbed Marbella’s "Best 19th Hole" – a relaxed setting that welcomes you to sip a chilled drink or enjoy an unhurried meal with your favourite golf partners.
The Club House at La Quinta offers a variety of services and amenities for our enthusiastic golf fans. The golf shop – La Quinta Real State – not only offers a great selection of useful accessories and stylish clothes, but is also happy to arrange rentals of your clubs and golf buggy. Our lovely restaurant and terrace tempt with a mouthwatering selection of Mediterranean specialities, set either inside by the cozy stone fireplace or outside overlooking the pristine putting green and golf valley.
Course A: San Pedro: The original of three renowned nine-hole courses designed by 1985 Ryder Cup winner Manuel Piñero, the San Pedro is surrounded by the fabulous La Quinta villas and sparkling views of the golden Mediterranean Coastline.
The original course at La Quinta Golf, San Pedro lays the foundation for the resort's three thrilling 18-hole game combinations. Stretching out to a total length of 2884 meters (3153 yards), San Pedro features two par 5, four par 4 and three par 3 holes. The par 5 holes challenge your driving skills with their extensive 450 meter (492 yards) length. Considered the most difficult link, number 5 tests the skill of experienced golfers as a long par 4 with a tricky tee-off on a narrow fairway, flanked by pine trees and an off-limits area along the right.

From Malaga International Airport
Exit the airport terminal. Turn right and follow signs to Cadiz / Torremolinos (beer factory on right hand). Continue for approximately 3km (1.8 mi). Follow a blue panel that says E15-AP7-A7 Benalmádena (car dealer on right hand). Continue on the same road for approx. 15km (9.3 mi). Follow a blue panel that says E15-AP7 Marbella /Algeciras (Toll Highway). Continue on the highway following signs to Estepona/Algeciras. Take highway exit 172 – Ronda. Approx. 500 m (0.3 mi) from toll station turn left in the roundabout. Follow the signs to “La Quinta”. The resort is located within La Quinta urbanization, right next to the club house.

After a tentative few minutes getting out of Malaga, sign posts for turnings are immediate there is no warning, we eventually found the toll road and headed towards Marbella. Renny called to make sure we were ok and heading in the right direction and met us as we came off the toll road. He then made sure we were settled in to the apartment and went over things like the air conditioning etc and left us too it. He was on hand through out our holiday to offer any information that we needed, such as where the local supermarkets were and nice places to eat, nothing was too much trouble...top bloke. The apartment itself was lovely, nicely decorated and very clean and the view from the balcony was exceptional. We were aware of the building work going on behind the apartment before we booked, however this didn't stop us using the roof terrace from time to time. I think we would have used it more had there not been a lot of dust covering everything up there. There was nothing that could have been done about this, as soon as it was cleaned it would have become dusty again. The building work was very quiet and we hardly noticed the work going on. The area is lovely and la Quinta is well looked after and very clean. The pool area was great and we used it every day, however there were only a few sun beds and you had to get down there early. Only one Dutch family decided to put towels on their beds one morning and didn't come down to use them for a couple of hours, much to the dissatisfaction of everybody around the pool...they didn't do it again. We hired a car for our two week stay and I would say a hire car is essential due to the location, however there are plenty of bars and restaurants on the golf course and within the nearby hotel. We all had a great time and would definitely think about going back and staying there again. |
