This well furnished apartment offers many extras, and is located in an excellent location for getting around. The lounge/dining room opens onto the large furnished terrace with views over the lawned gardens and pool. The master bedroom has a twin beds and built in wardrobes, ample storage,and an en-suite bathroom. The Guest bedroom is also well equipped with twin beds,built in wardrobes, and plenty of storage space,There is a second full bathroom, with bath & shower.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with many extras, as the owner 's home.
The apartment is suitable for all year round accommodation as its has heating from the air-cond Units and a fire place. This is a garden apartment and there is also another apartemnt exactly the same above so very suitable for two families. Private parking.

Extra bed or cot can be provided on request. We an offer a first floor apartment with a balcony, which is above the ground floor garden apartment, both overlooking the pool. and this is idea for two famiilies who want to take a holiday together, with own accommodation.

The gardens are well designed with tropical plants and pathways leading to all the pools. The on site restaurant is within easy walking of the apartment, and also the tennis club and tapas bar are nearby. A short drive will take the local beaches along the coast.Further details outdoors:
The apartment leads out to the terrace overlooking the pool/garden . There is plenty of sunbathing area around the pool.On site you can enjoy the use of swimming pools, tennis courts, gardens and a Clubhouse offering all day dining and entertainment.

In order to reserve the apartment a deposit is required by return and the balance of the rental is due 10 weeks before the first day of the holiday,
We also take a £200 security deposit / damage bond in accordance with the booking conditiions. We send you the keys and we ask you to return the keys after your holiday. and 7 days after the return of the keys, ( no damage in the property) we will refund the security bond within 7-14 days. Included are the services of an English/Spanish speaking managing agent to look after the property, who is available at all times for an emergency in the property.

The Costa del Sol region


The Costa del Sol enjoys a temperate climate and is mostly sunny all year round. The area has many places of interest and history. The white villages buit in Andalucian Style are certainly worth a visit. Ronda is a charming historic town about 45 minutes drive from the coast. Gibraltar is steeped in History and now only takes 30-40 minutes drive.
Why not visit Seville or Cadiz or Granada about 2-3 hrs drive or take an overnight bag and stay the night. Take the train to Ronda from Algeciras . Another great day out is a day in Malaga, take an open top bus city tour and visit some of the great museums (Picasso) in the old square. Closer to home for the children, enjoy an animal Safari at Selwo Hills,Park, a dolphin safari from Gibraltar, or Water world at Fuengirola, and many more attractions, details can be found in brochures from the local shops or tourist shops or in the local English newspapers readily available at local shops.
The Marbella / Los Naranjos area
Los Naranjos de Marbella is one of the most popular resorts for all the family as this complex offers many amenities for a great holiday. The apartment benefits from the location, with 5 pools in mature gardens. Only 5 minutes drive to the main towns of Marbella & Puerto Banus. Visit all the beaches along the coast, where you will find a large selection of Restaurants and bars to visit. There are also great beach bars to visit on the beaches all along the coast.
The Old Town of Marbella has great shopping in the little narrow streets and breakfast or lunch in Orange Square is not to be missed. Puerto Banus with all its fine Yachts and high life is an experience not to be missed. Watch out for the rich & famous. Try an al fresco lunch at Estepona Port, visiting the local Market. The area is also close to San Pedro with many charming old squares, lovely beaches and great restaurants.

A booking deposit of 15% of the full rental is required to secure the reservation.
Balance of the rental Payments are to be made in full 10 weeks before the first day of the stay. by cheque, by bank transfer, or by PayPal.
Late bookings must paid be by a bank transfer or credit card using PayPal,as cleared funds are required before any keys are released.
We also require the Security/ Breakage and Damage bond to be paid with the balance of the rental by bank transfer or credit card via PayPal. The secuiry bond is refunded as per the booking contract.
