This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment has been completely refurbished to the highest standards in January/February 2008. All rooms have individual climate control.
The main bedroom has an en suite with large walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a bath with shower attachment.
The spacious living room opens out onto the large 37sq.m. west facing terrace which has a table & chairs and sun loungers. The apartment is on the 1st floor and overlooks the pools and the park. The complex itself is quiet and about 50% residential. It has 24 hour security and can only be accessed by key holders. It has two main pools as well as a small kiddies pool. It is just 200 meters from the beach and 10-15 minutes stroll from Old Town. Nearby there is everything you'll need from bars & restaurants to supermarkets, off-licence, bakery, coffee shops, internet cafe, all of which means there is no need to have a car unless you want to travel out of Marbella. Car parking is available in the complex for a weekly charge of €70.

The lounge is large and bright and opens to the large balcony.
Two of the bedrooms have a double bed which can also be separated to create 2 singles. The third bedroom has two singles. The main bedroom has an en suite with large walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath with shower attachment. All rooms have individual air conditioning. Each bedroom comfortably sleeps 2.
The newly installed kitchen has a cooker & hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer. The apartment also has a iron and ironing board and hairdryer.
WIFI is charged at €15 per week extra
Travel cot and highchair available on request, additional charge €10 per week.

The complex is completely secure with only keyholders having access and 24 hour security. It is approximately 60% residential. There are two swimming pools as well as a children's pool.
Bikes (road, mountain, hybrid) can be hired from a local company who will drop them to the complex.

The Andalucia region
Located right in the heart of Marbella, this is the perfect location to base yourself. There is no need for a car as all local amenities are right on your doorstep. The beach is only a minutes walk away, Marbella Old Town about 10-15mins stroll. There's a supermarket just across the road, a bakery for your daily fresh bread right next door, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.
Puerto Banus is just 4 miles away and can be reached easily by taxi (approx eur5).
La Canaida shopping mall is about 10 minutes by taxi and costs about eur7.
If you want to hire a car, there are car spaces available to rent in the complex for just eur70 per week.
For golfers, the location is perfect with many courses available within a short drive, and most importantly there's no need to drive to the bars and restaurants when you get back.
For cyclists there's no shortage of routes including rolling coast roads or plenty of climbs to suit all abilities.
Marbella Town remains probably the nicest place to stay on the Costa Del Sol. The beautiful marble promenade is great for those who enjoy a walk. Old Town is a must-visit with it's small streets full of shops and restaurants. If you want to travel out of the town there re many areas along the coast worth a visit and the local tourist office, which is located just a minutes walk from the apartment, can give advice and information.

"Great apartment in a fab location"
I booked this apartment for a hen weekend for 5 girls. We wanted somewhere spacious and most importantly central. The apartment was very clean and perfect for us. The terrace is great and a real sun trap. The beach is a couple of minutes walk and the old town is close by also. We got a taxi into puerto banus in the evening which cost about €14 (unfortunately taxis only take 4 maximum!
Overall we had a fab time and I would definitely stay here again. Alan arranged return taxis for us and everything ran really smoothly. Many thanks!!

"Great Facilities. Perfect Location in Marbella."
We were looking for a 3 bedroomed apartment in Marbella which was no more than 15 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, Orange Square etc but most importantly we wanted a swimming pool which was safe enough for a 4 and 7 year old to play in. This apartment has all of the above with the bonus of kids channels on the tv (as the kids had a fantastic time in the kids pool and they needed to rest afterwards).
There were restaurants and child-friendly bars 2 minutes walk from the apartment and the beach,marina, paseo and park are all less than a 5 minute walk yet there was no noise at all from outside.
The showers, kitchen appliances etc all worked perfectly and the local shops/supermarkets were only minutes away so we had the option of having food on the balcony without having to plan ahead.
The taxi driver who collected us at the airport gave us the key to the apartment - very well organised.
We used to stay in a hotel when we visited Marbella - wish we had known about this place then!

This.Is the perfect location in Marbella for anumber of reasons. One the location is right in the centre of Marbella, you walk out of the complex and everything is right at your door step, restaurants, beach, bars, shopping, park and pleasent walks.Two, the complex its self is secure and quiet, with two great pools and so very clean. Three the apartment its self was spotlessly clean and had everything you could ever want and a beautiful terrace for sunbathing and eatting. We have stayed in a number of apartments in the location and yes it was a little more to pay, but what you get is really top notch. It really is a great place to stay for a sunny holiday, which when you live in UK are becoming a thing of the past. We toroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again to enjoy both the apartment and the sun.

"Great apartment in a great location!"
This apartment is very spacious we stayed with 6 adults and 2 babies! The large terrace is a real bonus offering a great area to eat and sunbathe! The biggest bonus is the location in the centre of Marbella.

we stayed in these wonderful apartments for a much needed holiday. beach and everything you need less than 5 minutes walk away. apartment so spacious and the balcony is one of the best i have ever seen. slept really well at night, so quiet.would 100% recommend these fab apartments. cant wait to go back

We have recently sold our own apartment in Parque Marbella which we had for 20 years, so know the place very well and still return for our holidays. It is in an excellent location, shops, restaurants and beaches are on the door step making it the perfect location for all ages
The apartment was comfortable and the owners were very flexible with dates enabling us to book mid week flights keeping the cost down.
