The duplex features three large and bright bedrooms, all three located on entrance level. First bedroom is fitted with a large double bed, wardrobes and large window, has a spacious ensuite bathroom fully equipped with double sink, separate shower and jacuzzi bathtub. Second bedroom has a double bed and also large wardrobes. Third bedroom is fitted with a separable king size bed, has large wardrobes and a wide sliding glass door leads to a lovely terrace with views over the pool. On entrance level you have a spacious living room fitted with a fully equipped bar (dishwasher, glasses, mini-bar, sink), a large lounge area with sofa and armchairs, flat screen TV and exit onto a beautiful terrace with offering views over the gardens and pools and partial sea views.

Surprisingly, the kitchen is to be found at upper level, next to a beautiful dining room with ceiling dome. The kitchen is completely equipped with high quality appliances, brand new Gaggenau oven and microwave, refrigerator with ice machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, vitro ceramic, water kettle and all other kitchen utensils. The kitchen has large windows, offering spectacular views over the neighborhood and sea, and a breakfast bar with two seats. From the kitchen you have access to another lovely terrace where a lounge area is arranged. The kitchen is connected to the dining room through an open bar. This penthouse is located at just a few steps from sea and sandy beach with promenade and also at walking distance to Marbella city center. Alhambra del Mar urbanization is one of the most sought after residential area in Marbella's Golden Mile, with excellent maintained gardens with idyllic cascades and tropical vegetation. Right in the middle of this tropical paradise you have a large freeform shaped pool with shallow end safe for children.
Within just a few steps, you'll find a nice sandy beach with few rocks, just perfect for all beach activities. It is called Playa La Fontanilla and is one of the most popular beaches in Marbella. The beach is well-maintained, features showers, public toilets, drinking fountains, bins, hammocks and parasols and during summer has lifeguards and first-aid stations. Playa La Fontanilla runs parallel to the seaside promenade that takes you to Marbella city center or Puerto Banus, so it has plenty of beach bars, chiringuitos and restaurants.
In 50m from the duplex, right on beach promenade you have the famous La Pesquera restaurant where they serve delicious local and international dishes. On the beach and promenade you'll find many other good restaurants that serve Mediterranean and International menus, like restaurant El Sombrero specialized in seafood, Italian restaurant Don Leone, restaurant Playa Europa also specialized in seafood and rice dishes, famous restaurant La Red, restaurant El Camaron and many other. In 900m you have Lidl supermarket from where you can buy fresh fish, vegetables and fresh baked bread. Also, close to the neighborhood you'll find other small shops, restaurants and pharmacy.
For your weekly shopping we recommend one of the largest hypermarkets in the area, HiperCor, placed inside one of the famous department stores in Spain, El Corte Inglés, at a 10-minute drive (6km) from penthouse.
In just two kilometers from the apartment you'll reach downtown Marbella with it's famous historic center, The Orange Square or Plaza de los Naranjos. The Orange Square is full of mature Sevilla orange trees and in spring the delicate scent of orange blossom permeates the streets of the old town creating an enchanting atmosphere. Also, Marbellas narrow streets in the old town are filled with cozy shops, restaurants and cafeterias and i'm sure you'll spend a wonderful time exploring them. Just across the street, between Alameda Park and the beautiful promenade, you can admire the fascinating work of Dali.
Puerto Banus is the main attraction on Costa del Sol, known as the pole of luxury and parties. In 10 minutes drive (7km) you'll reach one of the most famous harbors on Costa del Sol. It has berths for 915 boats, including those of the King of Saudi Arabia and several of the world's wealthiest people. Its streets are lined with expensive luxury boutiques like Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, and others.
