About the home

This is a lovely one bedroom apartment located on the beach side in the popular area of Marbesa, only a 10 minute drive from Marbella and Fuengirola. The sea views from the lounge/dining and terrace area are superb.

The bedroom consists of twin beds and in the lounge you have a single sofa bed. The kitchen is compact and the bathroom has a shower and the washing machine is in there. The complex has nice gardens, a spacious pool area and a small restaurant on site. You can walk to the beach, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and local transport. Ample parking and lift.

In addition, we provide a meet and greet service as standard where a member of staff will take you to the property to ensure you know exactly where you are going.

This meet and greet service is free of charge between 9am and 9pm, then €25 up to 11pm and €50 thereafter.

Check in time is 4pm and Check out time is 10am, where possible we will try and accommodate earlier check in times and later check out times, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Rates are inclusive of bed linen and towels (including beach towels).

The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, glasses, crockery and cookware.
For an extra charge, maid service can be provided to suit you either daily or weekly etc..
