The enormous terrace has a southwest orientation with views to the pools and to the sea and gets sun all day. The two bedrooms and lounge/dining area open onto this terrace. The Master bedroom is upstairs and extremely spacious with its own private terrace, dressing room and en suite. Comes with A/C hot and cold, underground parking, and storage and with a security guard at the entrance.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Marbella / Elviria area

Elviria is the perfect location on the Costa del Sol for every holiday-maker. Being only 10km from Marbella with all it's fantastic restaurants and night life and traditional Old Town attractions as well as it's world famous neighbour of Puerto Banus renowned as the place for serious shopping and people watching.

For those that prefer a more sporty holiday we are surrounded by over 50 quality golf courses along with just about every other activity you can think of. You will never be far away from some of the the best sandy beaches on the coast which also has one of the world famous Nikki Beach's adjoined to the 5 star Don Carlos hotel .

There is a commercial centre in Elviria which is just a short walk away and has everything you need including several banks, supermarkets, shops and a vast choice of cafes, bars and restaurants. There are also several taxi ranks and buses stops to take you in either direction along the coast.


How to get there

All the low cost airlines who fly to Malaga and Gibraltar, a good website to try is www.skyscanner.com

You can now also get a train all the way from the UK to Fuengirola!

Directions from Malaga airport: Approximately 45 km

Take the N340 / A7 signposted towards Torremolinos / Cadiz. Proceed along the A7 towards Cadiz / Algeciras for 1km. Stay in the right hand lane and exit for Benalmadena / Cadiz. Continue on the A7 for about 20km until you see the road split as you near Fuengirola, keep to the right hand side and stay on the A7 DO NOT GO ON THE AP7 as this is the toll road.

Carry on passed Fuengirola, Mijas Costa, La Cala, Calahonda, Riviera, and Cabapino until you see the Don Carlos hotel appear on your left hand side.

Take the exit KM192 for Elviria.

At the roundabout go straight across up Avenida España for 500m, next roundabout turn left and follow the road up the hill to the T-Junction and turn right, about 500m and turn left where you see the "Santa Maria Village" sign which is just before the golf driving range which is on the right. Follow the road round to the left and then turn right about 50m and follow this road all the way down to the bottom passing Green Hill on your left. At the bottom turn right and Santa Maria Village is 500m in front of you.

Directions from Gibraltar: Approximately 90km

Follow the A7 in the direction of Estepona / Malaga.

Ensure you do not stray onto the AP7 which is the toll road so always stay on the right hand side when you see the road split.

Go passed Estepona, San Pedro, Puerto Banus and Marbella by staying on the A7.

Go through an “S” bend at Rio Real, passed the signs for the Costa del Sol hospital, El Rosario until you come to the exit KM192 for Elviria.

Take this exit and turn left at the roundabout and go back over the dual carraigeway, At the roundabout go straight across up Avenida España for 500m, next roundabout turn left and follow the road up the hill to the T-Junction and turn right, about 500m and turn left where you see the "Santa Maria Village" sign which is just before the golf driving range which is on the right. Follow the road round to the left and then turn right about 50m and follow this road all the way down to the bottom passing Green Hill on your left. At the bottom turn right and Santa Maria Village is 500m in front of you.

Taxi from Malaga airport should cost around €60.

There are also several bars and a variety of restaurants to choose from offering cuisine from around the world. In the actual Spanish part of Elviria, also know as "the village" or "old town" you have a post office, a town hall and a church plus more eating places and local bars.

On the beach side, you have the 5 star luxury Don Carlos Hotel which is a land mark in the area. The world famous "Nikki Beach" is on the beach in Elviria. The place to be seen with the rich and famous! Along the sandy beaches are many chiringuitos to try out - you will be spoilt for choice.

There are numerous golf courses located near Elviria such as the Santa Maria, Santa Clara, Cabapino and the Marbella Club, with other courses just a short drive away. The Don Carlos Tennis Club is also located in Elviria and is fully equipped with modern facilities.

Very close to the apartment is the Elviria golf driving range with excellent practice facilities and coaching.
