The apartment is located on an award winning development which has 24 hour security. There are 4 swimming pools set in beautiful gardens. Marbella and Puerto Banus are nearby (10 and 18 km respectively) for those seeking an exciting night-life and serious shopping!
Alternatively it is just a 10 minute stroll to the beach which has some beautiful restaurants along it so you can stay all day!
The world famous Nikki beach is here and a must for all.
Surfing, windsurfing, jet-skiing can all be done nearby.
For those not wanting to venture too far we are just 2 minutes from the commercial centre which has 2 supermarkets, banks and numerous restaurants and bars.
If you have a car there are several interesting historic places to visit such as Ronda and Mijas.

The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and will sleep 6 with 2 sleeping on a comfortable sofa-bed.
The master bedroom has a double bed that can be transformed to 2 singles if this would be more appropriate (particularly for golfers!). the en-suite bathroom is marble throughout and has a large corner bath with shower, toilet bidet and his and hers basins.
The second bedroom has 2 singles and is next to a shower room with toilet.
The master bedroom and living room open onto a large terrace that has a dining table for 6, sun loungers and a top of the range BBQ.
The apartment now has the added attractions of WiFi (available at small extra charge) and Free Sat TV.

There is a designated parking space in the basement with lift access to the apartment (we suggest you use this on arrival).
If you are unsure about any aspect of the apartment , location or things you can do then please contact us so we can talk you through it. We go several times a year and always have a superb holiday!
Please take your own beach towels, the towels we provide are for use in the apartment only.
Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am although, where possible we will accommodate different times.
Only the same amount of beds as guests will be made up.
The Costa del Sol region
The costa del sol is famous for many things; its micro climate and all year round sunshine, its huge choice of top quality golf courses, sandy beaches and the shopping and night life in Marbella and Puerto Banus.
There are miles of sandy beaches or if you prefer mountains and plenty of historic towns are just a short drive inland.
The accessibility, sunshine, shopping, night life, water sports and golf courses have made this a region that families, golfers and couples come back to year after year.
Elviria itself has plenty to offer and you could have a fabulous holiday without venturing any further. Bars restaurants and shops are plentiful and the old town is well worth wandering around.Amazonian Adventure (like go-ape) has just opened in the woods next door to the development which will occupy kids and adults for a good 2-3 hours. Marbella and Puerto Banus are close by for those wanting to experience a little more of everything.
Fuengirola is only c. 15 km away and is fantastic for kids with its water parks etc.
Horse racing is available quite regularly near La Cala and it is just a 45 minute drive to see the monkeys on Gibraltar.

"Home away from home"
We stayed here for 8 nights in September and we found this apartment absolutely fantastic . The location was great as there were many restaurants and bars within a short walk. Also the beach was only 10 min walk. There are two supermarkets nearby in the commercial centres. The complex is very secure and well maintained. There area number of excellent pools onsite, one of which is so close its like having a private pool. The apt is clean and well furnished and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need...we even enjoyed a fab BBQ on the balcony which is v spacious. The booking process was very easy and friendly. We would stay here again in the future. Thanks Charles :)

"Lovely apartment which was clean, well equipped with a great terrace overlooking the swimming pool"
We have visited Elviria before and have found this particular complex to be very well maintained with beautiful gardens and plenty of swimming pools to suit all age groups. The complex is gated with security giving extra peace of mind for those who have smaller children.
The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket and restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach.
This apartment is well sited, overlooking one of the swimming pools and has the sun on the terrace for the majority of the day.
We will definitely be holidaying here again soon.

"Great apartment in a great location at great value for money!"
If like me you do lots of research and agonise over where to stay as you want to be sure you are choosing the right place to be certain you are going to have a great holiday......... then search no more!
This apartment was every bit as good as the reviews we read before we booked and Charlie and Ruth were easy to deal with and very helpful when booking and had good tips of where to eat and go etc. We stayed for two weeks and the apartment had everything we needed for that length of stay from a fully kitted out kitchen and utility to DVDs, CDs, games and books all provided as well as UK satellite TV. We paid a little extra for wifi and apart from having to reboot it occasionally, when connected the connection was excellent for emails and checking out places of interest on google.
The apartment is in a quality, secure and quiet development with 4 pools - one just down the stairs from your terrace. You need a swipe card to get in or out by car or on foot so it's also very safe. It is a 4-5 minute walk to lots of bars and restaurants with a wide variety from Thai to tapas and everything in between at varying prices and quality; and a good supermarket. The beach with further bars/restaurants is about 12-15 minutes walk - well worth it as the Paella at Laurels is superb!
All the lager louts are down at Torremolinos so it's great for couples and families wanting a quiet holiday with all amenities either on site or within walking distance and everything else an easy drive away.
If you travel with oldies or kids the allocated basement garage car park with lift access to your door is easy and great for shopping also. The photos don't do it justice as it's bigger than it appears and very well furnished with 2 floor to ceiling marble bathrooms and plenty of wardrobe space. This apartment is great value for a couple - for two couples or four friends on a golfing holiday it would be ridiculous value for money.
Location wise it's an easy 20-30 minute trip from the airport by car and is in the perfect place to explore this area of Spain. The local mall is 20 mins by car as is Marbella with Puerto Banus a few minutes further along the coast. Day trips to Seville, Granada, Ronda, Mijas. Cadiz, Malaga and Gibraltar are also within an easy days drive away. If you are more adventurous you can even take an hours drive to Algericas, leave the car there then take the ferry to Morocco (Tangiers) for the day as well for about 80 euros each as foot passengers.
Like I said at the start if you need a great apartment in a great location on the Costa del Sol then look no further you have just found it!

"Fabulous Home from home"
This is the second visit to this wonderful apartment and the third visit to Los Jardines. My husband and I originally chose this apartment when there were only two of us and had a wonderful holiday last year so much so that we decided to return with our three month old baby this year. The apartment really is like home from home. From walking in you are greater with a fantastic living area with everything you could need including satellite tv with many free view uk channels, a DVD player with a selection of DVD's available a docking station suitable for iPhone etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook all your meals if you so desire with very nice crockery and pots and pans etc. The bedroom is a good size with a large comfortable bed and dressing area and a massive ensuite with a corner bath. The balcony is a really good size with nice comfy modern furniture with a lovely view onto the pool and gardens. We enjoyed many afternoons sat on the balcony. The gardens around the complex are kept to a high standard and a very nice to walk around. There are five pools to choose from and ther were always plenty of sunbeds.
The owner of the property (Charles) is always very helpful and informative and made it easy booking his apartment from start to finish. We were particularly pleased that you can access the Internet for a small charge.
Overall a great holiday, Elviria is great place for both families and couples with many bars and restaurants only a five minute walk away and the beach is around ten to fifteen minutes away.
We can't wait to go again!

"1st class allround"
Stayed on this complex often before very safe place to be and enjoy great for golfers as santa maria golf club is only five mins walk away . the apartment is second to none (cant wait to book again !!!! all i can say is (ENJOY)

"FANTASTIC APARTMENT IN ELVIRIA"
This apartment is fantastically located in a well maintained complex close to the beach and many fine restaurants. The apartment is very clean with all home comforts.

"A fantastic apartment in a fantastic location - Couldn't fault it!"
My girlfriend and I have just got back from a one week stay and we didn't want to come home.
It was an ideal break. Arrangements with the owners were clear and friendly. Access to Elviria is pretty easy from Malaga Airport and on arrival we found a beautifully maintained development which felt really secure and had a choice of small or larger pools.
The apartment itself was even larger than the photos showed and it was clean, nicely decorated, well equipped and really spacious. There were only two of us but four people would definately not be on top of one another.
The most impressive feature was the terrace. It overlooks one of the pools and garden areas and had the sun on it first thing in the morning all the way through the day until evening so we spent a lot of time either on the sun loungers or at the dining table. There are also awnings if the heat gets too much.
The development is a 6-7 minute walk to the commercial centre at Elviria which is really pleasant in the morning if you want to visit the supermarket or find somewhere for breakfast. There are also plenty of good restaurants there for lunch or an evening out and the beach is about 10 - 15 minutes walk away which is really nice and has some fantastic beach front restaurants. Nikki Beach was great too.
We loved the location because there was a lot to do locally however we could easily venture into Marbella Centre and Peurto Banus so found that everyday was different depending on what we wanted to do.
All in all.............Great apartment, great location, great hoilday.
