Large duplex garden apartment located on the outskirts of Marbella. Quiet and peaceful, yet only ten to fifteen minutes from the glamorous Puerto Banus and Marbella's attractive old town. Situated next to Rio Real Golf Course, this comfortable apartment is extremely spacious with several different areas within it for relaxing, making it ideal for large families or friends holidaying together.
There is a front garden for sunbathing and also a back garden with direct access to the lovely free form pool. There is also a secluded private garden on the lower level, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. Two large, well furnished double bedrooms ( one with lovely metal bedstead ) and one twin bedroom, are located on the lower level, the doubles both with en-suite bathrooms and with access to a large conservatory style sun lounge for relaxation and winter sun and then the paved private garden.
This property would be ideal for golfers or families as both are well catered for locally. There are a number of excellent children's activities nearby.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Families are particularly well catered for, with myriad attractions, restaurants and of course miles of beaches. Children are not just tolerated but welcomed by the friendly Spanish people.
Despite the march of development, the area still has the ambience of Andalucía, the most `Spanish' of all regions and you do not have to venture far from your holiday home to encounter local ferias, fiestas and romerias - the scent of Jasmine is in the air, inexpensive wine is flowing freely- come and enjoy!

Marbella / Rio Real area

A chic suburb of Marbella, Golf Rio Real is located overlooking the Rio Real golf course and is therefor ideally located for golfing. One of the original Golf courses on the coast, this scenic course is challenging, but very visitor friendly. It is named after the Real river, which comes into play on several of the fairways.
Funny Beach with its quad bikes, mini bikes and other children's activities is 5 mins. by car. 15 mins. approx. away, Puerto Banus,internationally known as a 'jet set' play ground, is a village -style port develoment with whitewashed condominiums clustered around the marina, where you can admire the luxurious yachts of the rich and famous or 'people watch' in one of the many bars and restaurants that line the port. Or if your purse can stretch to it, shop until you drop in the many designer boutiques.
Old Marbella is only 10 mins drive away with its pretty Plaza de los Naranjos, beautifully preserved white Moorish houses and geranium-filled balconies.
The area features many different beaches with an eclectic mix of beach bars and up-market beach clubs to suite every ones budget.

In-expensive flights available via Easyjet- Jet2.com - Monarch - BMI and many many more. Flights to Malaga are no more than 2.5 - 3 hours.

Puerto Banus is approx 40 km from the airport by car- 35 mins. approx
Marbella - 30 Mins. approx.
Mijas Costa - 20 mins approx.
Estepona – 40 mins. approx.
Benalmadena – 15 mins aprox.
Benhavis – 40 mins approx

Local buses run regularly between the airport and the town.

Welcome packs are available on arrival, with basic essentials until you can get to the local shops which are only minutes walk from the apartment (small local charge)
Swimming pool available all year round but very cold in winter.
English- and Spanish speaking representative available to answer any questions.
Beach towels are not supplied and guests are requested not to take bath towels to the beach.
Fold down beds, Beach towels, Cots & Highchairs available (Local charge applies)


PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOUR PARTY IS OVER 6, THERE IS A SOFA BED IN THE LOUNGE. FOLD DOWN BEDS ARE AVAILABLE AT €50 PER BED PER WEEK(LOCAL CHARGE) FOR WHICH THERE IS PLENTY ROOM AVAILABLE
