This stunning show home apartment is situated in the hills of Marbella overlooking the fabulous Biosphere of cork trees. The views down to the coast are spectacular and sitting sipping champagne on the terrace gives you the pleasure of all these views. It really is a show home apartment equipped with everything you could wish for. There is full package TV, aircon throughout, a rear garden with BBQ and sun or shade all day, you choose! The pool is visible from the terraced garden and the gardens are all well maintained. It is close (10 minute walk) to El Soto Golf Club with a 9 hole par 3 pitch and put. There is also a gymnasium and a club house there.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol has lots of sunshine, it is quoted that we have 300 days a year, and we do. Whether you want to play golf or relax in the sun, walk in the mountains, everything is within this region. You are a short distance away from Gibraltar and tariffa, Kite surfing is wonderful here as it is on the Atlantic Ocean. You can take the boat across to Morocco and Tangiers and sample the local cuisine and markets.
Marbella / Elviria area
Elveria is very close to Nikki beach and the 5 Star Don Carlos Hotel, all within a short drive of this fabulous apartment. This area is built in a biosphere, surrounded by cork trees. It is a beautiful area, it is close to Ojen the beautiful white wash village. the town and night life of Marbella and Puerto Banus are a short drive away. From. this apartment you can see across to Sierra Nevada.
