MARBESA, MARBELLA. Situated just fifteen minutes walk to beach (500 metres) with many beach restaurants, Villa Patate is the ideal villa for a restful holiday. On the ground floor it has a fully fitted, well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker/hob and washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. Leads to dining room and very large lounge with Sat TV, video, dvd, stereo and wood burner. Air-conditioning throughout. Patio doors from the dining area lead on to covered terrace with large table and chairs, well established gardens with built in barbeque and swimming pool. Spiral stairs on the outside lead up to many terraces, with wonderful views over sea and mountains. Also on the ground floor are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with full bathroom and a cloakroom with WC and wash-basin. From the large hallway, stairs lead up to two double bedrooms with fully fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom. Fully air-conditioned. The nearby Port of Cabopino has many nice restaurants and bars and is perfect for a lazy breakfast., luches or evening meals. There are some 20 golf courses in the area and several tennis clubs. The town of Marbella is just ten minutes drive away. There also several restaurants close by to this villa as well as a five minute walk to a supermarket.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world, it's miles of beautiful sandy beaches and fantastic weather which have kept tourists flocking back year after year to resorts like Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola and Marbella. It is situated at only a thirty minute drive from Malaga International Airport and Malaga City itself. It is within easy reach of Ronda, Gibraltar and Antequera and only a two hour drive from important Spanish cities such as Granada, Cordoba, Cadiz and Seville. At present there are over 40 golf courses within a forty minute drive and nearly two thirds of these are within fifteen minutes of Puerto Banus.
