This outstanding villa is set in large grounds and is the ideal holiday location. The villa is beautifully decorated with great care and affection through out. The main villa consists of 4 double bedrooms which are made up as 3 twin bedrooms and one double bedroom. All the bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. The master bedroom also has a separate dressing area. At present there are ceiling fans and radiators in all the bedrooms however from the 1st June 2008 there will be air conditioning as well. All the bedrooms are carpeted and have fitted wardrobes. Off the upstairs bedroom there is a large terrace which overlooks the swimming pool and gardens. There is also a separate guest bathroom which is decorated with exquisite hand painted tiles. The large kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences and finished with high quality granite work tops. There is also an eating area in the kitchen. Leading off the kitchen is a large dining room and then on to the large, light and airy lounge. The lounge is furnished with a high quality cream leather suite and an open fire place, satellite television and a sound system. There are patio doors from the lounge which lead out on to the incredible extensive terrace which extends to the swimming pool area. The pool house is a covered area with a fully fitted kitchen which includes a brick BBQ, dishwasher, oven and two fridges. There is an eating area and a shower room and toilet, thus making sure that you have everything you could want at your finger tips. The separate one bedroom apartment is at the side of the villa and can be accessed from either the back garden or the side of the main villa. The apartment again has been decorated with the same care and exquisite taste of the main house. The apartment has a double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, shower room and a lovely lounge that leads out on to the swimming pool area. To the front of the villa there is another BBQ area and out side table and chairs where you can sit and take in the wonderful view of the Cabopino golf course. There is also a separate laundry room equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, iron and ironing board.
