It is located on the first floor and has spectacular uninterupted views over Marbella towards the sea (from the front balcony terrace), and of the stunning Sierra Blanca mountain range. This luxurious setting and high quality development will offer both tranquility for those who just want to relax, but also a perfect location for those who want to sample the best nightlife and golf courses in Spain. It is ideal for parents wanting to relax, knowing that their children are very safe with 24 hour gated security & lifeguarded swimming pools (during summer months).
There is a large outdoor swimming pool set in beautiful lush gardens. There are plenty of sunloungers around the pools, and there are also plently of grass areas which are ideal for finding a quite spot to relax in peace, or somewhere where the children can play (and let you relax!)

The apartment is finished to a very high standard. There are 2 bedrooms (1 double & 1 twin), plenty of wardrobe space, and en-suite bathroom (Villeroy & Boch fittings), and 1 further toilet room. The apartment sleeps 6 persons in total as there is a large comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
The living area has its own dining section (seating 6 persons); it is very elegantly decorated and has a large corner sofa, television with British satellite TV. There is air conditioning throughout the apartment.
There is also Wireless Broadband. Ideal for catching up on emails on the patio whilst catcing some rays!
The kitchen is modern with high quality Siemens appliances including dishwasher, washer dryer, large fridge freezer etc. The kitchen has all the items you would need to cook any meal or simply have a glass of champagne and enjoy the fantastic views.
The apartment also has a large dining table outside on a terrace, with seats for 6 persons. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy good food both in the summertime and in the wintertime, while enjoying the stunning views of Marbella & the sea. There is a BBQ so is ideal for al-fresco dining. The terrace is south facing and so you can see fantastic sun rises, and enjoy the warmth of the sun right until late in the afternoon. There are sun loungers on the terrace, so is great for sunbathing / relaxing in private.
For those of you with young children, there is both a travel cot & a high chair at the apartment for your use. Please advise us if you require use of these.

We live at the complex ourselves, and so we should be able to meet & greet you to hand over the keys / let you into the apartment. We are therefore on hand should you require anything at all during your stay,or need any advice about the local area.
Disclaimer: We would advise, all of our clients the marble flooring generally used in Spain, will be extremely slippy when wet. Precautions shoule be taken at all times, to avoid any accidents.
Patio doors, which are glass, should be approached with care and caution at all times.
Clients using the apartments with young families are advised to take caution, with their young children to avoid any serious accidents, marble surfaces are very slippery when wet, we advise you to ensure that you dry off thoroughly before entering the apartment.

The apartment is close to several world class golf courses, Los Aqueros, La Quinta and Los Naranjas.
Gibraltar, 50 minutes away, is an especially good place to see (especially for some tax free shopping!), or you can pick up a ferry to Tangier (Morocco, Africa) from the nearby Algeciras. You can enjoy suntrap beaches, crystal clear turquoise seas and there are picturesque villages to explore.
The historic and beautiful town of Ronda is just 45km away with its ancient bullring, Arab baths and its spectacular views and breathtaking gorge is also well worth a visit.
Cordoba, Seville and Granada can all be visited as day trips. Skiing is 2½ hours away in the Sierra Nevada mountains.
10 km along the Ronda road is the turning for Sierra De Las Nieves – Reserva de la Biosfera – an unspoilt protected nature reserve for walkers and bird lovers.

My wife and I (mid 30's) had a great time at this appartment in September 2011. A car was essential but it was a great base to explore Marbella and beyond. Great views from the balcony in a very secure and stylish development. Couples, friends / families would enjoy this apartment and it had everything you needed to stay in and eat or Marbella port / old town was walkable in about 20-25 minutes (down hill all the way) or driving to the beach was easy with parking avaliable at a miriad of beaches up and down the coast. The landlord proved to be very freindly and flexible. I thoroughly recommend and hope to return. |

The owner is very professionnal and it was a real pleasure to deal with. Everything indicated in the description is effective. The appartment is very well equiped and at 5 minutes for Mrarbella center and the sea. |

The service was very friendly - easy to book & to pick up the keys. The accommodation was superb. Excellent bathrooms & kitchen, with every necessary appliance supplied. Very comfortable & in excellent condition. Situated in secure gated complex, half way up the mountain, with wonderful view from the balcony to the sea beyond. Very attractive gardens with superb swimming pool. It is absolutely essential to have a car as it is too far to walk to the town centre or beach. There is secure underground parking beneath the apartment. It suited our needs being half-way between Puerto Banus & Marbella. We were very impressed & would certainly choose to stay there again. |
