It is located in a very nice area within walking distance of San Pedro which is a Spanish town of character and a short car taxi or bus ride to Puerto Banus or Marbella Town itself .

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Everyone knows the Costal del Sol has one of the best weather patterns in Europe and is in easy reach through Malaga Airport which is served by all the low cost Airlines . The Marbella region offers beach life - golf - family entertainment and great Nightlife . There is something different to do or somewhere to visit every day .
Marbella / Guadalmina San Pedro de Alcantara area
San Pedro is the local town which is primarily Spanish . Nearby is Puerto banus which has its marina and Nightlife . Marbella is a short drive which has many attractions and fine dining particularily around Orange Square .
We have gone on day trips to Ronda Gibraltar Tarife Malaga Seville and even gone skiing in Granada as the road network is accessible and very well served
Guadalmina itself is very well to do with a nice Golf Club and hotel that you can have drink or meal in .
There is a commercial centre nearby that has 6 unique restaurants , numerous coffee shops and bars and of course a Super Sol supermarket
How to get there
This is very straight forward to get to Fly to Malaga airport through any airline Hire a car Drive down N340 past Puerto Banus and San Pedro Immediately after the Marbella Arch turn right and you are there at Guadalmina Golf Course Drive straight up past 9th/18th Green and we first building on right

Further details indoors: There are 3 bedrooms including 2 en suite . The master bedroom has a huge Queen sized bed . The apartment is spacious and laid out to offer quiet luxury and a holiday atmosphere . There is a full Kitchen with large fridge and all mod cons . Living area has 4 couches

The complex itself is beautifically landscaped and maintained to highest standard with a full time janitor whom keeps the place spotless . There are 3 pools surrounding the apartment with manicured lawns for relaxing and sunbathing .
Conditions
A 30% non refundable deposit of the total rental amount is required at time of booking, to secure your required week(s). The remaining balance (70%) is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. This is partly refundable on a sliding scale, (see below). A refundable 'breakages or lost keys' deposit of £250 for the duration is also required. This needs to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival and is refundable within 2 weeks of departure following satisfactory property inspection.
Payment can be made in £Sterling or €Euro by bank transfer or cheque.
Cancellation refunds offered on following basis. 8~6 weeks before departure: 50% refund. 6~4 weeks before departure: 40% refund. 4~2 weeks before departure: 30% refund. 2~0 weeks before departure: 0% refund.
Please also note that there is no liability on our part for travel cancellations, delays, personal injury, theft or loss of any kind. Therefore we advise all our guests to take out their own travel insurance.
Check-in is from 4pm and check out is by 10am.
