This lovely two bedroom ground floor apartment is air-conditioned and very spacious as it was originally a three bedroomed property. The property is 8 years old with no building activity in the area.
The apartment benefits from a large sunny private garden and terrace area along with an underground parking space, access by elevator. There is an alarm system for added security plus the complex has gated security.

It is located on one of the best developments on the Costa and has spacious, well maintained tropical gardens, water feature and wildlife. There are several swimming pools complete with sunbeds and showers.
Within walking distance, are local shops and several restaurants.
Santa Maria golf and country club attached to this complex offers an excellent 18 hole golf course, tennis courts and two bowling greens where equipment maybe hired and professional tuition available.

The uniqueness of this beautiful apartment is the fact that it was specially designed by the disabled owner and is highly recommended for any client who uses a wheelchair. The apartment is open-plan (an area of 130 sq mts) with easy access to the terrace which is 50 sq mts.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

The Costa Del Sol enjoys some of the warmest temperatures in the whole of Europe with a staggering 320 average sunny days per year.


Marbella / Elviria area

Elviria is more or less completely self contained and offers a choice of major supermarkets, banks, resort hotels like the Marriott resort, and two main commercial centres, CC Elviria and CC Pino golf, which offer a number and variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Any other needs can be met by Marbella which is 10 minutes away or head towards Fuengirola and visit the Myramar shopping centre.
Santa Maria Golf is situated in Elviria, and is regarded as one of the best and most attractive golf courses and golf developments on the coast. Amenities include the 19th century clubhouse, lounges and snooker room and the "19th Hole " restaurant located on the terrace overlooking the golf course and hills. There are also tennis courts, a swimming pool and a lawn bowls club on the grounds. There are many other courses close to hand including Santa Clara and Rio Real to name just two.
By all accounts Elviria is and always has been extremely green, there are trees and flora everywhere. It's not until you take a drive around that you realise just how beautiful it is.
Elviria is close to the local beach,, so getting down to the shore is not a problem and, when you do, you can enjoy some of the best beaches on the coast with plenty of chiringuitos, beach bars and restaurants to keep you happy and enjoying a sangria or two.

Fly to Malaga - hire car, Taxi, public transport -35 mins from airport by car.

Alternative airport is Gibraltar.

Directions: Follow the signs to Algeciras and Cadiz, stay on this road until it splits into a toll road and a coast road after about 10 kms. do not take the toll road but follow the coast road (signposted Fuengirola A7) - be careful not to filter onto the AP7 toll road. On the N340 take exit marked Elviria Km 192. At the roundabout, go straight up Avenida Espana take first right onto Avenida Santa Maria, At Mini-roundabout turn left onto Calle Magnolia and continue approx 300 mts turn right into Calle Dalia where block 9 is first gate on your right. On arrival you will be met by our agent.

Visited this homely apartment with my husband, child and disabled mother-in-law. Our stay was not only pleasant but catered for all our needs.. The apartment was excellent and it had all the amenities that you would have back home. The complex has 4 swimming pools and the gardens are in superb condition.
