Guadalmina has 2 acclaimed courses, north & south, including a driving range, putting green & a par 3 nine hole course. Many other choices of golf courses within a short drive along what is known as the Costa del Golf.
FAMILIES - safe and secure community for families with children with great choice of pools, play areas and BBQs. The apartment is on the 1st floor and the 2 balconies directly overlook 2 secluded pools for parents to keep an eye on the kids. Less than 5 minutes drive to Guadalmina beach with water sports, jet skis, bar/restaurant. For the more adventurous, a water-skiing lake is 2 minutes away.
The luxury resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus are a short drive away for designer shopping, fine dining, people watching. You can walk into the small, distinctly Spanish town of San Pedro is more local for bars, restaurants and shops.
On the Guadalmina golf resort itself there is a good choice of restaurants, shops, supermarket, pharmacy, banks, clinic and hairdresser.

Marbella and Puerto Banus are fashionable and upmarket beach resorts and are famous & popular destinations for the wealthy tourists, and golf lovers.
The Costa del Sol is also known as Costa del Golf - there are more than 60 golf courses to choose from, many of them excellent proessional courses.
The Sierra Nevada mountain range is only 2/3 hours away. Ski in the morning, sunbathe in the afternoon! Although the area is geared up for the tourist, there is still plenty of 'the real Spain' to be discovered within easy travelling distance of the apartment.
Marbella / Guadalmina San Pedro de Alcantara area
Ideally located in the prestigious and established area of Guadalmina, right on the famous golf course, the apartment is within walking distance of all the facilities that Guadalmina has to offer; supermarkets, shops, banks and good restaurants. Still within a 5 minute drive is the quaint town of San Pedro where you will find traditional shops, cafes and excellent tapas bars to while your time away. A short walk down the main promenade takes you to the golden beaches and several chiringuitos (beach bars).
Puerto Banus and Marbella are both short drives away with a bigger choice of bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Rub shoulders with the glitzy in-crowd and admire the million dollar yachts and boats in the marina. There is something for everyone in the best part of the Costa del Sol.

Malaga & Gibraltar airports are both within 40 minutes of the apartment complex.

Further details outdoors: 2 HUGE, PRIVATE TERRACES TO ENJOY. The 1st and largest is accessed both from the lounge and from the master bedroom. This terrace has a relaxing, outside seating area with comfortable, cushionned chairs and coffee table, outside dining area with seating for 6. The 2nd terrace is totally separate and is accessed directly from both twin bedrooms. It has large comfortable sun-loungers and looks over the golf course and secluded pool.

Sorry no pets allowed. We operate a no smoking policy inside the apartment. A 25% deposit secures your booking and dates. At the time of booking we also ask for a refundable £200 damage/key loss deposit which will be returned to you once the property has been checked and any deductions made for breakages/damage. Balance is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival at which point information and keys will be sent out to you. Airport collection and drop-off can be arranged if required. Ask for details.
