This very spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom garden apartment is furnished to a good standard and consists of a master bedroom with twin beds, en suite shower room with a walk in shower, twin sinks, toilet and bidet.

The second bedroom has twin beds, wardrobes and a full bathroom adjacent. The large comfortable lounge has three sofas (one being a double sofa bed), coffee tables, sideboard and TV unit with Sky satellite, flat screen TV/DVD.

There is a small private sunny secure garden with garden furniture. The fully equipped kitchen has oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Adjacent to the kitchen is dining room which leads to the furnished front terrace which overlooks the pool and garden area.

The property also benefits from having hot and cold air conditioning in each room. There is baby equipment and toys available for the guests' convenience together with use of a wireless modem system (small charge will be incurred).

The apartment has easy access to the pools and gardens from the front terrace and has plenty of free, on-street parking. There are two pools; one is heated during some of the cooler months. With the pretty garden and pool area near the front terrace and your own private garden at the rear of the property, this is a perfect holiday apartment.

There is a large well stocked supermarket just 5 minutes' walk away and the wide uncrowded beach is just five minutes further.

The Costa del Sol region


The area is famous for its hundreds of beaches to be enjoyed along this coast, from quiet, hidden coves to trendy stretches of sand with fashionable beach clubs populated by celebrities and beautiful people from all over the world.

One of the most popular pastimes on the Costa is golf – there are over 50 golf courses in the area, with stunning mountain and clifftop locations, offering spectacular views over the area's varied landscapes, and down to the sea.

Less well-known, but definitely worth a visit, are the many stunning national parks around Malaga province, often located just a short, easy drive inland. You can go hiking, caving, wild swimming, four-wheel-driving, horse-riding and countess other adventurous activities. For a less strenuous day out, the villages of the Axarquia region are some of the most picturesque in all of Spain.

If night-time is your time, then you'll find a huge selection of bars and clubs along the coast, especially around Marbella and Puerto Banus, ranging from the fun and easygoing, to the chic and sophisticated.

The Costa de Sol can be divided into two sections, with Malaga city at its centre. The eastern Costa del Sol is much shorter, stretching from the provincial capital as far as Nerja, where it meets the Costa Tropical of Granada province.

The western Costa de Sol is the section of coast which curves round southwards towards Gibraltar, and includes all the major resorts such as Fuengirola, Torremolinos and Benalmadena, plus of course, the ritzy celeb-magnet of Marbella. This section has a very international feel, with visitors and residents from all over the world.

But if you're coming to the coast on holiday, don't miss Malaga city, which has reinvented itself in recent years as a cultural and gastronomic centre. It has an unparalleled offering of museums, including the Picasso Museum, a buzzing contemporary arts scene, and top-class tapas bars and restaurants


Situated on the borders of Estepona/Marbella.


Estepona is one of the last few coastal towns that has succeeded in maintaining its traditional Spanish charm and character, despite the onslaught of tourism. All the tourist facilities are here, including hotels, restaurants, shops and leisure and cultural activities. The port is a superb example of this mixture with the thriving fishing port next to a modern marina bringing visitors and local people alike to enjoy the great selection of bars and restaurants and to admire the yachts that moor along the many berths.

In the town you will come across numerous street cafes and tapas bars, serving traditional Spanish delicacies. You will find unusual shops and bodegas, where you would least expect them, all very inviting, very friendly and very cheap!! Estepona also boasts a wide, sandy, safe beach that stretches from the east end of the town to the port with plenty of chiringuitos (beach bars) spreading along the entire length.

San Pedro de Alcantara

San Pedro de Alcantara sits between Puerto Banus and Estepona, just a short drive west from the glitz and glamour of Marbella Town Centre. It is an Andalucian style pueblo, totally unspoilt with small shops, tapas bars and restaurants throughout the narrow, pretty streets. It is only a short stroll from the bustling town centre to the beach with its attractive wide promenade lined with palm trees. On the wide sandy beach, there is plenty of space to soak up the sun and enjoy one of the excellent beach bars specialising in fish dishes as well as other local delights.

The last summer fair (feria) of Andalucia is celebrated in San Pedro around the 19th October each year and is a week long festival of local music, singing, dancing, local traditions and great enjoyment. The town is steeped in history and a visit to the local Tourist Office in Avenida de Marques del Duero or by the Marbella Arch will give you all the information that you require to pay a visit to these sites.

Puerto Banus

The famous port of Puerto Banus is located just 10 minutes from the centre of Marbella, 5 minutes from the town of San Pedro de Alcantara, and 15 minutes from Estepona and with it's stunning array of Yachts, fast cars and celebrity presences it has become the place to be seen on the Costa Del Sol.

Now established as Spain's premier sun and fun destination, during the day it is a shopper's paradise with many designer shops, boutiques and El Corte Ingles department store. In the evening it's myriad of bars, clubs and restaurants can entertain you til daybreak and attract holidaymakers from around the world. Other attractions include a Casino, multi screen cinema with at least one film a week in English, regular local boat trips and the popular Saturday market held near the bullring.

"Lovely spacious apartment, glorious grounds - kids loved every minute!"

We stayed at this apartment in Sept 2011. It was my partner, myself and 3 young children.
The apartment was so spacious with plenty of storage space.
We all had a great time round the 2 pools and the added bonus of the private garden was fantastic.

There is so much to do in the area with Estepona Beach only 15 mins drive and in the other direction the wonderful Puerto Banus Beach, again approx 15 mins drive.

There was a big supermarket on 5 mins away and a great indoor kids play area nearby too.

Overall we had a lovely holiday and would give a big thumbs up to anyone wanting to stay there.
