Ideal for families, golfers and groups alike, Bel Air Platinum is set in a peaceful location but close to all amenities, with Los Flamingos golf course and the Bel Air Tennis Club a short walk away. A 10 minute walk also brings you to the village of Cancelada with its small selection of bars and restaurants. Being large enough to accommodate two families or a large group comfortably, it would be difficult to find a more suitable destination for that long awaited break. Bel Air Platinum is an outstanding selection of stunning four bedroom townhouses located just a short drive away from the towns of San Pedro and Estepona with its superb promenade and marina combined with beautiful beaches. The elegant resort of Puerto Banus with its defining blend of lavish restaurants and sleek wine bars is also nearby. All of the townhouses have views to the pool and the beautiful communal gardens, ideal for watching the world go by. The accommodation itself is superbly furnished to a high star standard. Set on four levels, at the lower level there is ample parking for two cars, leading through to the lower floor of the townhouse. All houses have a lower basement level and all are slightly different. Some have been equipped with games rooms, games equipment i.e a pool table, gym equipment and home cinema system, and there is also another adjoining bathroom. The ground floor is beautifully equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, separate WC and spacious lounge with an indoor dining area. Off the lounge is a wonderful ground floor terrace facing onto the pool. There are sun terraces on each floor, allowing sun bathing all day as well as privacy to enjoy a cool beer and read that book. On the first floor is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, dressing room and terrace. There are also a further two bedrooms and a bathroom. The second floor has a penthouse double bedroom with terraces to front and rear with a staircase leading up to a private rooftop solarium, perfect for morning coffee or evening aperitif.
