The villa will accommodate very large families OR groups, without people feeling closed in or trapped. There is enough space for all to have there own space, yet be close together if you prefer. It is not your typical rental, as it is our private home and was developed for us to live in.

The villa is equipped with 42" wide screen TV and sky package. All bed linen and towels are provided. Weekly/daily cleaning and Laundry change can be booked on request at an additional cost.

The villa has a private swimming pool and steps lead down to the bottom part of the garden where the laundry room is hosted, there is a washing line just outside for convenience.

There is a separate entrance to the villa via an electric gate with a drive way and ample parking.

There is a full sized trampoline with surrounding safety net and a basket ball net is set for entertaining the children or for the energetic adult.

Should you have any problems whatsoever the property is covered with 24 hour full support and can be on site to assist or help in any way.

A Fully refundable Damage / Breakage bond of or €600 Euro cash is required on arrival for families, or 100 Euro per person for single parties. This will be refunded within two weeks of departure on completion of inspection subject to no breakage or damage.

The Andalucia region

The region is renowned for being the most lush, yet varied in the whole of Spain. You can be at the beach in the morning and go skiing (winter) in the afternoon. There is something here for absolutely everyone!! Whether you like piece and tranquillity, or partying the night away. This area has it all!!! From golf lovers to sunbathers, the whole family or group can benefit from there stay here.

There are many places to visit in Andalucia. To mention a few including:

* Visit the old town of Marbella & enjoy a meal or drink in Orange Square - beautiful!

* Visit Granada to see the Alhambra Place which is a famous fortress & monument of Arabic architecture

* Visit Seville, Ronda, Cordoba, Puerto Banus, Cadiz

* Shopping excursion to Gibraltar or City of Malaga

* Visit Tarrifa the windiest place in Spain with lots of activities like paragliding, windsurfing, surfing

* Excursion to Tangier in Morocco from Algeciras or Tarrifa (crossing is 35 minutes)

* Visit the typical whitewash village of Mijas or Nerja

* Total of 60 golf courses in the area


Elviria is a quiet residential area and has its own commercial centre just 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive away including 2 supermarkets, good selection of international restaurants, bars, banks and other shops. Marbella is a 10 minute drive away and Puerto Banus 15 mins by car.

Elviria boast some of the best beaches on the coast including the world-renown "Nikki Beach" and the 5* Don Carlos Hotel. With Santa Maria golf course on your doorstep, this is the ideal area to relax and enjoy your holiday.
