You enter this beautiful villa via your private driveway with landscaped tropical gardens complete with private pool, 8 sunbeds, and enough new high quality exterior dining and relaxing facilities and furniture to impress even the most discerning of visitors.

As you enter the villa the first bedroom is situated to the right, this being a double complete with high quality en-suite to include a walk-in shower. To the left you ascend the stairs to the upper bedrooms. These are to include a twin bedroom complete with fully refurbished and tiled bathroom/shower, fitted wardrobes and terrace with stunning sea views. There is access via stairs to a large opulant master bedroom with an outstanding en-suite offering a large jacuzzi bath where you can relax whilst looking over the views of the Mediterranean. This leads to the main upper terrace and seating area again with views over the Mediterannean and North African coast where you can relax and enjoy a drink whilst watching the sun go down.

The ground floor comprises of two further bedrooms one made up as a twin with the other that can be converted to a twin both sharng a newly refurbished bathroom and shower.

The lounge is light and airy with a vaulted wooden beamed ceiling and dining area. The kitchen is open plan completely refitted offering all the appliances you could possible wish for with the worktops being finished in polished granite. The Costa del Sol region

Although a car is not strictly necessary we do recommend one so you can explore all the wonderful attractions this area of the Costa Del Sol has to offer. These include world famous Puerto Banus and this location has something for all, from families to golfers or just those that like to party. Here you can enjoy a quiet meal on the edge of the marina watching the sun go down over some of the most prestigious yachts in the Mediterranean. Alternatively just mix with the celebrity "A" list and take in the unique Puerto Banus experience. While five minutes back along the coast you are in the heart of Marbella allowing you to shop until you drop in designer stores or maybe enjoy a stroll around the old town. For the families and children there are no end of attractions also ranging from the Selwo Wild Life Park at Estepona, Water Park and zoo at Fuengirola, Sea World Centre and Selwo dolphins in Benalmadina. None stop fun for all! This really is an outstanding location and we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.



El Rosario is situated on the edge of Marbella and consists of only exclusive villas ranging in value from 1 million upwards. The urbanization has 24 hour security with guarded entrance offering total peace of mind. Within a minutes drive of the villa are some beautiful little restaurants, international tennis club, cafes and supermarket. The beach is a 20-25 minute walk or 2 minutes in the car, I recommend the car! At the beach you will find white sands and some lovely little beach bars. The beach is ideal for children and slopes gently making it perfect for swimming.
