Situated in the port of Cabopino itself, this split-level airy apartment has magnificent views over the pool, sea and marina.
This is really a beautiful winter apartment too as it gets the sun all day!
The apartment is furnished to a deluxe-standard and has the WOW factor! The bathroom has a. jacuzzi bath and power shower. TV (British channels now via internet as Costa del Sol has lost the satellite-relayed tv), air conditioned lounge, stereo, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, heaters.
The mirrored master bedroom has a kingsize bed and a portable airconditioning unit, the 2nd bedroom is small but functional with two single beds, it and the balcony area has sunbeds and recliners.
The kitchen is fully equipped to include mini-oven, microwave and dishwasher (who wants to wash up on holiday anyway!)
Our apartment is ideal for up a couple or a family with 2 younger children - it to 4 is NOT suitable for 4 adults due to small size of second bedroom.
We don't need to "sell" the beauty of this apartment to you - those who know Puerto Cabopino come back time and time again and those who visit our apartment for the first time usually book up for next year immediately. Hence our rental diary gets pretty full.

The master bedroom is on the upper level, a few marble steps down bring you to the lower level which accommodates a second twin-bedded room, kitchen, dining area and beautiful salon.
Terrace area equipped with table, chairs and sun lounger and overlooks the private swimming pool, the beach and the marina and restaurant area.

The complex of Puerto Cabopino was designed by a master architect and no two buildings or homes are the same. The area is surrounded by lovely gardens, the marina, beach and restaurants and bars. Stroll through the private swimming pool area directly to the beach. Why not visit the new health spa in the resort for a relaxing oriental massage?
Our agent is on hand to see to all your needs. Buckets and spades available - please return to the apartment. . High chairs, cots, stair gates cn be rented. Folding beds available if you wish although the apartment has a bed settee. Life guards on duty during peak season. Restaurants open all year round so this makes an ideal winter holiday too.
The Andalucia region
The Costa del Sol stretches along just over 150 kilometres of Málaga province and is one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations. The area's mild climate is the root attraction that makes it possible to enjoy the beaches and a wide variety of outdoor activities year round.
The Western Costa del Sol is the 100km of coastline that begins at Malaga city and stretches westward all the way to the border of Cádiz province. This part of the coast is highly developed in terms of both property and infrastructure and it attracts an important percentage of Spain's international tourism.
A coastal highway, the A7 (N340), travelling between the mountains and the sea, links all the resorts between Gibraltar and Nerja. With our apartment centrally located sightseeing is so simple. Within easy reach are the renowned cities of Granada and Seville. Gibraltar with the Famous Rock Monkeys and Dolphin Cruises is a 60-minute drive. Venture a little inland and explore the many White Villages such as Casares, Mijas and Benahavis or take a trip to Ronda with its ancient Bull Ring, Arab Baths and the breathtaking gorge.
Only 12 kms from Marbella and 14 km from Fuengirola it's hard to believe that a hidden jewel as Puerto Cabopino (Cabopino Port) exists in the heart of the Costa del Sol.
Puerto Cabopino is a charming tranquil marina on the Costa del Sol near Marbella, Spain flanked by white sandy beaches and built in the style of the famous Spanish White Villages, where no two houses are the same. It is situated midway between Fuengirola and Marbella on the coastal side.
With an attractive beach, relaxed atmosphere, picturesque restaurants, Puerto Cabopino - ex-"Eldorado" location - is undoubtedly the Coast's best kept secret. Puerto Cabopino is a self-contained marina "village" right on the sea. Unlike most other resorts on the Costa Del Sol, everything you need is "on-tap" and you don't even need to venture out during your stay if you just want to chill out.
In Puerto Cabopino, in the summer months there are water sports and a dolphin safari boat operating out of a small harbour of about a hundred boats ranging from dinghies up to seventy-foot motor cruisers.
The marina has a wonderful friendly atmosphere. There are eighteen Bars and Restaurants, some actually situated on the beach, where one can snack on Spanish Tapas and delicious local fish. In the port itself there is a wide range of international restaurants: English, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Indian. There is also an attractive square with several bars and restaurants which makes an ideal spot for a meal and to meet new friends.
In the marina there is a small shop selling most essentials and within a short distance are a variety of larger shops. Also close by is an Old Spanish Coaching Inn with a small par three golf course.
Puerto Cabopino is so special that people return year after year. After a day sightseeing, one can enjoy an evening glass or wine and not worry about driving (although there is a 24 hour taxi rank on site).
For the active holiday-maker every sport imaginable is available within a short distance - even skiing!
We are also right in the middle of the 'Costa del Golf' with more than 30 golf courses within a 5-minute drive and the fabulous new Cabopino Golf within walking distance.
If you enjoy shopping, this is the place for you! A true shopper's paradise. There are excellent shopping centres in Fuengirola, Marbella and Puerto Banus - all a short driving distance away. Make sure you visit El Corte Inglese department store with a wallet full of Euros!
Your holiday may coincide with one of the many festivals and carnivals the Andalucians celebrate throughout the year. Some larger towns have festivals all week. Bullfighting is also very popular in Spain. Ronda holds a very popular type of bullfight known as a "corrida goyesca" in early September in which the fighters dress in the costumes shown in Goya's famous 18th century engravings.
So much to do - so little time!

"Great location and view, helpful owners"
Great place to stay , very family friendly . Felt safe to let teenagers wander around. Pool and grounds beautifully kept, everything within 5 minutes walk. Sally communicated extremely well and very accurately described the apartment which met our needs very well too.
Everything was great and we would definitely go back again.

Really lovely apartment with great views over the pool and beach. Highly recommended, stayed with my partner, 2nd bedroom is very small with twin beds, main bedroom much more spacious with large queen bed. Fantastic location and right on the beach. Lots of choice of restaurants in the local port (2 mins down the stairs), and 5 minutes from bus stop to go to Marbella or Fuengirola. Would stay again, thanks.

"Ticks all the boxes"
Good weather, great apartment with fantastic views of the pool, beach and marina. Lots of sunbeds around the pool to choose from. Great place for people watching those on the beach in front of us. Sound of the sea in the dark whilst drinking on the balcony was very relaxing. Local restaurants worth a visit. Private parking a must. The complex is well maintained and managed. Early June weather is great and not too busy as we don't like crowds. We usually book four/five star spa hotels but we found this far more relaxing as we really could please ourselves. Sue, the agent was very helpful and Sally the owner was very quick to respond to all our questions. We will be back next year! What more can be said.

"Wonderful weeks holiday"
This apartment was an excellent facility, beautifully furnished and equipped, wonderfully located for beach, bars and restaurants. Perfect accommodation for couple (plus perhaps one child, as second bedroom is very small). Both owner and agent easily contacted by phone, and very helpful.

"You won't find any better"
This apartment is ideally located in the Cabopino beach area, in the main building facing the coastline with wonderful views all day long. A lot of sunshine, but airco in the living room for the hottest summer days. Direct access to the well-kept garden, swimming pool and secured access to the beach. The apartment is well kept, has good spaces and all that is necessary to live in comfort. A special plus is the excellent main bedroom: it is hard to find a bed of this quality in a rented apartment. Wifi in the apartment is a valuable asset. The parking space is direct to the building. The assistance of Sue at arrival is well appreciated.

"View to die for and clean spacious beach side chilled out living"
Lovely apartment clean and light with fabulous views over both the beach and harbour. Sun on balcony all day. Beach 2 minutes walk and lots of bars and eateries close by. If you want a one stop vacation that offers everything you need without having to take a taxi this is it. We are late 50's early 60's so enjoy not too much noise or intrusion. Cabopino is a pretty resort and not an all night party place so suited me and my beloved to a T. We will return!! What more can I say!

"Great apartment with fantastic views and wonderful location."
This was our 5th visit to Cabopino and 3rd to this apartment. We are already booked to return again in September 2013. The apartment is clean and meets all our requirements for a holiday let. The master bedroom is very comfortable, the other bedroom is small and best suited for children, although my daughter and grandson managed ok.
The apartment is very well located with wonderful views from the balcony. It is a real pleasure to sit and have breakfast on the balcony and enjoy the view of the marina and beach. The gardens and pool area are well maintained and the pool attendants are very helpful. During high season loungers are assigned for the duration of your stay, which is very good. The beach is accessed from the pool area through a locked gate. There are two great beach bars, one on each side of the gates.
For more formal eating the restaurants on the marina are all excellent, especially La Despensa, and the Chinese. On the square behind the marina there are more bars and restaurants. The Indian Restaurant is very good and the terrace at Brian's Bar is a nice place to finish the evening with a cocktail.
Overall this is a wonderful apartment and beautiful location to spend a holiday.

"Wonderful Apartment! Stunning Views!"
What can I say about our stay....well loads! This apartment was perfect, everything you need for a holiday and more. Every window holds a stunning view. Sitting out on the balcony at breakfast is fabulous as you begin to see the world around you come alive. After this you literally come out of the apartment go downstairs and you have a choice of the square which is filled with quaint bars, bistros and and restaurants catering for all tastes and needs. Or you can venture down to the marina/port for more restaurants or a walk out to the lighthouse (always a favourite for us in the evening). Or simply head to the private pool where you are greeted by the friendly pool attendant who will take you to a sun bed, get your mattresses and your sun shade, this then becomes your bed until the end of your stay...so no daily haggling or getting up early to secure a bed!
Just past the pool is the beach where you will find a number of lively chiringuitos to dine at and for just a little walk further along the beach there is a fantastic seafood restaurant called Triana...yum yum!!
The apartment is brilliantly located to get to other destinations, with a secure key fob car park! We visited Ronda, Marbella, Fuengirola, Veja Le Frontera, Granada.
What else can I say.....We loved the apartment, the place, the location and would happily recommend and more than happily return!
