The penthouse/apartment is situated between Elviria and Marbella in the popular area of El Rosario. The urbanisation is next to the beach and it also has a large pool in the communal gardens. There are two double bedrooms in the main apartment but there is also an annex next door with another double bedroom and sofa bed. Further details indoors: The apartment has a small American kitchen that comes equipped with microwave, oven and a hob cooker, and everything that you may need to cook a paella!
The kitchen leads to the dining area for 4 persons which is opposite a fireplace (ideal for winter and summer holidays) and next to this a living room with large sofa couches and TV (Cable, CNN).
There are two bedrooms in this part of the apartment, one with double bed for and one are two single beds in the other one. (The beds can be put together.)
In addition to these rooms the apartment has an annex next door. The annex consists of a kitchenette and living room with a sofa bed for two persons, a bedroom with two single beds that can be put together, 1 bathroom and a small terrace. The annex gives room for 4 people.
Further details outdoors: There are several pools within the development and the beautiful beach of El Rosario with a great choice of beach bars and restaurants is just five minutes away. There is also a good supermarket within walking distance as well as several restaurants and there is a also a bus stop and a bus service giving a good direct service into Marbella.
