If you dream of spending your holiday in a lovely apartment right in front of the sea, we can make your dream come true offering you this two bedroom apartment in private and secured urbanization with pools and beautiful gardens.

- Inside

The apartment located ground floor features an open-plan kitchen and living room with dining area. The lounge area is furnished with two comfortable sofabeds, low coffee table and TV. The dining area consists of a formal dining table with six beautifully shaped armchairs. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, coffee maker, vitro ceramic, espresso machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and all kitchen utensils are provided.

From the living room you can access both bedrooms, master bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed, has a large recessed closet, TV and ensuite bathroom with glass shower cabin. Lovable guest bedroom has two single beds and recessed wardrobe. Both bedrooms and also living room have access to a nice half-covered. Second bathroom is easily accessible from guest bedroom and living room and is equipped with a bathtub with shower.

- Terrace

A 30m2 terrace is accessible from the living room and both bedrooms. The terrace is half-covered and is furnished with a six-seat rattan dining table. From here you can hear the soothing sound of the sea.

- Neighborhood

The apartment (70m2) is located in Romana Playa, a first line on the beach secured urbanization. The development has 3000m2 of well-tended garden, three pools, other two shallow pools for children and also a children's playground. The area is very quiet and from here you have easy access to various restaurants and supermarkets. In two minutes walking distance from the apartment you have Perla Blanca beach-restaurant and chiringuito from where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas and also El Laurel restaurant.

- Beach

Playa de la Vibora is located right in front of Romana Playa neighborhood. It's a clean beach with moderate waves, mostly frequented by families. It is covered in fine sand, the water is good and during summer the entire beach is daily cleaned both manually and mechanically. You have many restaurants and chiringuitos right on the beach from where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. In the area you'll find famous Nikki Beach Club where they have world-class DJs and live musicians, the hottest parties and top-class entertainment.

- Shopping&Restaurants

In 600 meters (10-minute walk) you have Elviria shopping area, the biggest shopping center from Marbella East side. Here you can find two supermarkets (SuperSol and OpenCor), grocery shops, pharmacy, hairdressers, bars and restaurants.

In just 3km (5min drive) you have two local supermarkets, Mercadona and Lidl that offer you food supplies, fresh fish, vegetables and fresh baked bread.

One of the biggest shopping mall in Costa del Sol is located at a 13min (12km) drive from Romana Playa. Here you'll find everything you need, from food to clothing or electro-domestic stores.

Marbella city center is at just a 15min drive and the old town is stuffed with cozy shops and cafeterias where i'm sure you'll have a good time.

Restaurant Perla Blanca is at a 2-minute walk and they rent sunbeds and umbrellas but also serve delicious dishes. Restaurant El Laurel is even closer to the apartment, also on the beach and here you can savour both local and international menus.

- Activities

There are plenty of things for you to do in the area of Romana Playa. Within a 7 minutes drive (4km) you reach the hidden pearl of Costa del Sol, Puerto Cabopino. It's a small but enchanting harbor with pretty port, with its small boatyard, attractive architecture and a large choice of restaurants.

Of course, Marbella city center and old town are a must see and you reach Marbella center in just 15 min (16km).

Puerto Banus is the main attraction on Costa del Sol, known as the pole of luxury and parties. In 20 minutes drive you'll reach one of the most famous harbors on Costa del Sol. It has berths for 915 boats, including those of the King of Saudi Arabia and several of the world's wealthiest people. Its streets are lined with expensive luxury boutiques like Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, and others.

For golf lovers, Cabopino Golf course is at just a 9min drive from the apartment. It was designed by madrilenian architect Juan Ligues and offers spectacular views of the sea and the beautiful natural surroundings.
