The apartment is situated in a small village development within the Rio Real Golf resort. With its 18 hole golf course and splendid clubhouse ( open to all).But you don't have to be a golfer to enjoy this great location. Only five minutes from Marbella town centre, and 3 minutes from the local beach with its great beach bar/restaurant.
Within easy reach are a range of activities such as: HORSE RIDING - WATER SPORTS - CHILDREN'S ACTIVITY BEACH and with many great bars and restaurants, this must be one of the best locations for a holiday.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Marbella is one of the most cosmopolitan areas in Andalucia, and located just six miles from Marbella is Puerto Banus, one of the most famous ports on Costa Del Sol. There you'll find luxury yachts and boats of all sizes in the most wonderful surroundings. It also has some of the best restaurants and bars, not to mention stylish shops for miles around.
All this and yet you are only a few miles drive away from some of the typical whitewashed villages such as Mijas and Ronda with its amazing bridge and stunning views.
Marbella / Rio Real area
Our apartment is in a small village development and overlooks the river, but only a few minutes walk from the Rio Real golf club, one of the finest courses in the area. Our apartment is a real home from home where you will be able to relax on the terrace overlooking the river or sit by the pool with the mountains in the distance.
All this and yet you are only a short distance from Horse riding, water sports and children's activity beach. Also within easy reach are the local beaches of Torres Real and El Rosario. Here you can enjoy sundowners in one of the great bars and eat local food in one of the many restaurants right on the beach.

Further details outdoors: The balcony overlooks the river and is the perfect place for Sundowners and al fresco dining. If relaxing buy a pool is your thing then the swimming pool with sunloungers and sunshades is perfect for you, located in a lovely location just a minute's walk from the apartment and again overlooking the river and the mountains in the distance.
Pueblo Del Rio Village is built around delightful gardens, each block only has 12 apartments in, and is only a five minute walk from the Rio Real Golf Club with its Restaurant and bar, which has a very large terrace overlooking the Golf Course. A great place to enjoy a leisurely lunch!

Although we are happy for guests to smoke, we would ask you to confine it to the balcony.
You will be met at the apartment on your arrival by our local representative, who will be familiarise you with the apartment and the local area, and can arrange for a wide selection of sevices to help make your holiday perfect and hastle free.
Prices quoted are for up to 4 people sharing any additional guests will incure an additional cost of £10 pounds per person per night.
Conditions
When making a booking you will be asked to pay a deposit of 25% of the total rental price as confirmation of the booking. The balance of the rental price shall be required no later than six weeks before the commencement of the rental. If the balance is not paid buy the due date then the agreement shall be deemed to be cancelled and the booking deposit forfeited.
SECURITY DEPOSIT. Upon arrival you will be asked by our representative to allow us to swipe your credit card, any amount required by us in respect of damage or breakages will be agreed with you before your departure. WE DO NOT ASK YOU TO DEPOSIT ANY MONIES UP FRONT IN THIS RESPECT.
Our apartment is on the first floor and there is a lift for those who do not want to use the stairs.
ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE The apartment is not available for occupancy before 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. However we will be as flexible as possible on these times depending on bookings ets.

A very enjoyable stay at a well appointed apartment in a very nice setting. The gardens were all very well maintained, and the pool area was very clean and well kept.
