Large lounge with dining area - 2 comfy 3 seater settees just sprawl out in front of Satallite TV - DVD - patio doors to 1 of 3 terrace areas.Quality dining table with matching soft chairs. Fully equipped kitchen new appliances - dishwasher,microwave,washing machine etc . two bedrooms - master with king size bed, beautiful fitted wardrobes 2nd large bedroom with similar wardrobes, with twin beds and room for more!!. 2 spacious marble bathrooms,fully tiled, one en suite with shower over , toilet bidet and his and her double basins. Second bathroom with separate marble and glass shower cubicle with power shower, toilet, and basin. Fluffy Egyption cotton towels compliment the fabulous feel.
Terrace areas are accessed through the lounge and both the bedrooms. There is a large wrap around terrace with various outside areas giving either sun or shade as preferred. Alfresco dining for 6 - BBQ provided - Wicker sofa terrace furniture - cosy seating for 2 with table and chairs by the master bedroom - rocking chairs. on the south facing terrace there are sun loungers and table and chairs for 6.
There are 7 communal pools 2 are only 50 meters from the property.
For our younger visitors there are outdoor children's play areas,by every pool. two kiddies scooters are provided.
Puerto Banus is only a 10 minute car drive away,and Marbella 15 minutes away.
Walking distance to some fabulous bars and restaurants, the beach a few minutes further on.

This is a fully fitted and equipped holiday home, quality towels, bed-linen & blankets are all provided for use in the apartment.Beach Towels are not provide but are available to hire. The beautiful beaches are a 10 to 15 minute walk away. Ronda and Cordoba can also be easily reached. Further afield, visit the historical Alhambra Palace in Granada, the old city of Seville, and Gibraltar with its Barbary Apes, cable car to the Rock summit ,and dolphin safaris in Gibraltar bay. The more adventurous might like to drive on to Algeciras/ other ports and take the ferry to Morocco.Your scope is endless here in the Costa Del Sol!!!Fab holiday for fun in the sun...

Guadalmina Alto is in a perfect location. San Pedro town is a typical bustling Spanish market town still retaining its old traditions. Nearby is chic Puerto Banus and Marbella.The beautiful Beach is10 mins walk away with plenty of facilities including jet skiing and kite boarding. The main department stores and designer boutiques can be found in nearby Marbella and the famous Puerto Banus. There are more than 21 golf courses within a 30 minute drive.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable two months prior to departure.
A returnable security deposit of £150 is required against damage/breakage. This can be paid with the balance or secured by credit card imprint .on arrival which is released after departure.
Secure mobile wi fi internet can be provided . The charge is 25EUR per week. Payable locally on arrival.
There is an as new cot and mattress together with as new high chair replaced annually available at €6 per night. Two sets are available.

Any changeover day is accepted and we will accommodate you at whatever time you wish to arrive and depart the accommodation. There is a late arrival charge after 22.00 hours of €30EUR paid locally on arrival.

Golf and tennis are popular pursuits in the region and watersports are big on the agenda of fun. The Sierra Nevada Mountains, Granada, Marbella and Gibraltar can all be visited whilst on the Costa but if u want to totally relax there are the lovely clean beaches to laze on.
Just a short walk away from the property is the **** Barcelo Hotel you can enjoy a quiet drink or a full meal overlooking the feature lake on the golf course.

It is a short stroll to a commercial center with Shops Banks Bars Restaurants etc. Here the bus will take you along the coast. Estepona to the west. Marbella to the east.
Also within a short drive is the world renound Puerto Banus with its designer boutiques and department stores and vibrant nightlife. Restaurants and Bars.
San Pedro town is within walking distance.Market day is Thursday near the Church with its surrounding narrow ancient streets.
The beautiful white villages of Ojen, Mijas, Caseras are definitely worth a visit as are Ronda, Seville and Granada.
Further afield there is Gibraltar with its Barbary Apes - Cable Car - rock Tunnels - and Dolphin trips - always a favourite with young and old ! The apartment is ideal for golfers as there are over 30 courses of varying standard to be played locally. Other local activities include, walking, mountain biking, fishing, sailing, go-karting, aquarium, water park and zoo.

"Highly recommended superbly appointed luxury apartment"
Wow! Just got back and all I can say is I will be back and booking this apartment again. Meeting the owner and taking over the accommodation was easy, the apartment had all the mod cons you could wish for and what felt like 3 balconies to choose from. The complex itself was perfect with the choice of 6 pools and felt very secure with all the gates etc. You will need a car though as there's not much within walking distance in terms of bars, restaurants and shops etc.
