Fully equipped state of the art kitchen new appliances - dishwasher etc and laundry room . two bedrooms - master with king size bed, beautiful hardwood fitted wardrobes 2nd bedroom with similar hardwood wardrobes, can be made up as a twin or double. 2 spacious luxury marble bathrooms, one en suite with shower over jacuzzi bath, toilet bidet and his and her double basins. Second bathroom with separate marble and glass shower cubicle with power shower, toilet, and his and her basins. Fluffy Egyption cotton towels compliment the luxurious feel.
Outside areas, sliding glass patio doors lead to a private sun terrace, with large wicker white cushioned sofa and coffee table,outside dining table and chairs leading to a private lawned garden with personal sun loungers colourful plantings and flower beds .The terrace and private garden overlooks one of the three swimming pools and the lush garden areas.
Facilities :El Soto has a 9 hole golf course,tennis courts, putting green, gymnasium, spa with jacuzzi sauna and steam room, all available free of charge to our guests. There is a small charge for golf club hire.Golf and tennis coaching is available. For our younger visitors there is a small outdoor children's play area. Restaurant El Soto/ club house is a rustically furnished bar and restaurant - sit on the terrace overlooking the floodlit lake and fountain - eating Nancy's excellent food - Watch the sun set - looking out at the twinkling lights of Andalusian villages in the far distance. Bring your laptop - Free Wi-Fi internet connection is available in the clubhouse/restaurant.
A few minutes drive takes you to the best beaches on the Costa del Sol with excellent bars, restaurants, supermarkets and boutique shops.
Marbella is only 10km away and the famous Nikki Beach Club is only minutes away in Elveria at the bottom of the hill.

A beautiful, 160-kilometre-long Mediterranean coast and a mild climate due to the coastal strip’s protection from winds have made Costa del Sol one of the world’s top tourist destinations.
Costa Del Sol’s mild weather is renowned internationally, with its average temperature of 22ºC in the winter and above 30ºC in summer. Golf and tennis are popular pursuits in the region and watersports are big on the agenda of fun. The Sierra Nevada Mountains, Granada, Marbella and Gibraltar can all be visited whilst on the Costa but if u want to totally relax there are the lovely clean beaches to laze on.

The development also has tennis and paddle courts, gym and sauna, putting green, small shop and children's play area. A short distance away from El Soto is the Kudu bar which has a friendly atmosphere and serves fantastic food! The area is also within a short driving distance of over 30 golf courses in the area to suit allabilities. In particular within a five minute drive are the renowned La Cala and Santa Maria courses. The area has also been recomended by many keen mountain bikers as the stunning location and scenery make it perfect for this activity. The property has ample parking, access lift and 24 hour entrance security. The location of Marbella needs no introduction. This property is ideally placed for those wishing to experience the vibrant area whilst still experiencing true relaxation. The apartment is just a short walk to the clubhouse. Within a seven minute car drive is the beautiful town of Elviria with its restaurants, shops, stunning beaches and the very famous Nikki Beach based at the 5 star Don Carlos Hotel. Also within a short drive is the stunning port of Cabopino and Puerto Banus with its designer boutiques and department stores and vibrant nightlife. The beautiful white villages of Ojen and Mijas are definitely worth a visit as are Ronda, Seville and Granada.
Further afield there is Gibraltar with its barbary apes! The apartment is ideal for golfers as there are over 30 courses of varying standard to be played locally. Other local activities include, walking, mountain biking, fishing, sailing, go-karting, aquarium, water park and zoo.

Further details indoors: This is a fully fitted and equipped holiday home, quality towels, bed-linen & blankets are all provided for use in the apartment, bring your own beach towels. The patio doors from the lounge open out onto the terrace leading to a lawned private garden area which catches the morning sun There is a patio table and chairs so you can sit or dine on the terrace. Personal sun loungers are provided in addition to pool side sunbeds.
The beautiful white villages of Ojen & Mijas are nearby, Ronda and Cordoba can also be easily reached. Further afield, visit the historical Alhambra Palace in Granada, the old city of Seville, and Gibraltar with its Barbary Apes, cable car to the Rock summit ,and dolphin safaris in Gibraltar bay. The more adventurous might like to drive on to Algeciras/ other ports and take the ferry to Morocco.
Further details outdoors: El Soto was declared a World Biosphere Reservation by UNESCO (there are protected cork and oak trees rare plants and birds )and is located in the hills above the village of Elviria, just 10 minutes drive from the centre of Marbella. Elviria has a good range of facilities including excellent restaurants, bars, supermarkets and specialised boutique shops. The extensive Elviria Beach is 8 mins drive away and is one of the best Marbella beaches, ideal for families or couples with plenty of facilities including jet skiing and kite boarding. The main department stores and designer boutiques can be found in nearby Marbella and the famous Puerto Banus. La Cala & Santa Maria are two superb golf courses only a few minutes away and there are another 21 excellent courses within 30 mins drive.

Disclaimer: We would advise, all of our clients the marble flooring generally used in Spain, will be extremely slippy when wet. Precautions shoule be taken at all times, to avoid any accidents. Patio doors, which are glass, should be approached with care and caution at all times. Clients using the apartments with young families are advised to take caution, with their young children to avoid any serious accidents, marble surfaces are very slippery when wet, we advise you to ensure that you dry off thoroughly before entering the apartment.
