The apartment is set in the most beautiful surroundings in which words cannot describe. A peaceful, quiet location away from any hustle and bustle; offering you the opportunity to have a round of golf on your doorstep. Other facilities available are the use of the local clubhouse, with its relaxed atmosphere, excellent food, wine and beer and breathtaking views. Clients can take advantage of the local facilities including the 9 hole golf course, golfing school, large swimming pools, gym, sauna, massage room, putting green, tennis and paddle-tennis, children's play area; all overlooking the large lake. This amazing complex is relaxing and peaceful yet its only a few minutes drive to the tourist areas of Torremolinos, Benalmadena and nearby traditional villages. There are other bars / restaurants just a short drive away. The famous Don Carlos Hotel and Nikki Beach are approx. 5 - 7 minutes drive away, where you can enjoy the beach front restaurants and bars and sample the local Spanish cuisine. Supermarkets and many other bars and restaurants are located at the bottom of the hill. For those who want to go 'star spotting', Marbella is only 10km away. Marbella offers you a taste of luxury; visit the famous Puerto Banus and sit in one of the many bars and restaurants overlooking the multi million pound yachts, you may even see the odd Ferrari !!!! Designer shops are in abundance for those who want to spend, spend, spend or simply just window shop.

** CANCELLATIONS: Please note that a fee will be charged if you decide to cancel your reservation after confirming your booking. (The fee will be based upon the timescale in relation to your arrival date e.g. if you decide to cancel between 14 days and 0 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive 10% of the total cost).
** HOLIDAY INSURANCE: Please ensure that you obtain valid holiday insurance when booking your reservation and flights.

Costa del Sol, one of the most popular holiday destinations. The Costa del Sol offers the sun all year round with temperatures from 22 oC in the Winter to 30 in the Summer; one of the reasons why it is so popular. Other reasons are the beautiful sandy beaches and numerous golf courses. There are approximately 30 golf courses within a short driving distance from the apartment including the renowned La Cala and Santa Maria. There is a 9 hole golf course on the door step of your accommodation in El Soto de Marbella. There are many places of interest along the Costa del Sol from traditional villages like Mijas, Rhonda and Gibraltar to the more tourist area's of Fuengirola, Calahonda and Torremolinos, all within a short driving distance from El Soto. For those who enjoy skiing, the Sierra Nevada Mountains are within driving distance; just think after a day's skiing you can return to your apartment, put on a log fire, have a warm relaxing jacuzzi and dine on the balcony, absorbing the stunning views.
El Soto is just 10km away from Marbella and Puerto Banus where you can join in the cosmopolitan lifestyle. Along the Coast there are numerous sandy, clean beaches; all the resorts offer various activities to suit all age groups and preferences.
The Marbella / Elviria area
El Soto de Marbella is set in the Elvirian Hills and offers the most stunning views, that words cannot describe, it has to be seen ! Within a short distance from the apartment you can visit the El Soto Clubhouse which provides a friendly atmosphere, restaurant and bar. The food is reasonably priced and excellent. Other facilities at the Clubhouse include 9 hole golf course, golfing school, games and meeting rooms, internet connection, shop, massage room, gym, sauna, putting green, tennis and paddle-tennis courts, children's play area and extensive planted area's overlooking a large lake.
Close by you can visit the Kudu Bar which again offers a delicious meal, friendly atmosphere and stunning views from the roof top terrace. There is so much to do in this area, you will not be disappointed. For couples and families alike you can enjoy a whole host of activities (if you want) including: Walking, Mountain Biking, Fishing, Sailing, Watersports, Golfing, Go Karting, Aqua Parks, Zoo, Skiing etc. etc. etc.
Only 10km away you can enjoy the sophistication of Marbella and Puerto Banus with many restaurants and bars to choose from. Enjoy a drink while you take in the spectacular ambience of Puerto Banus with the Yachts and expensive cars. At the bottom of the hill in Elviria you will find bars, restaurants and shops for your convenience. Just three minutes from the bottom of the Elvirian Hill you will discover the Nikki Beach which offers a relaxing spot for you to sun bathe and swim. Leased this lovelly apartment for 2 week stay, August 2012, Apartment is modern, clean, with fantastic veiws, staff at clubhouse were very freindly, helpful & knowledgeable about where to go & what to see.If your a Golf fan, the coarse was almost your own!. Car is essential though as 5km drive up a mountain from Elvira, underground parking a bonus (kept car nice & cool) Marbella 15 minute drive away. The pools were clean & uncrowded. If you after a holiday thats peaceful where you can relax & do things at your own pace, this is the place. I would definetly consider going back next year. |
