A luxury holiday at our stunning El Presidente Apartment is a perfect combination of peaceful relaxation in one of the best developments on the coast - it even has a large heated swimming pool for our guests year round use in addition to the four other beautiful pools. Our stylishly furnished and spacious 1st floor 3 bedroom Apartment has the advantage of a large terrace, with dining for 6 for those al-fresco evenings that is part of the relaxed life style on the Costa Del Sol. There are sun-loungers on the Terrace if you want to relax and sunbathe in private. The Apartment has Air-Conditioning and Central Heating for the milder off season evenings. The terrace & master bedroom has a lovely view, overlooking the Jacuzzi pool which is illuminated at night. The aspect from the front of the apartment is to the ornamental pond and fountain.
If you have not been to El Presidente before then you have a wonderful experience in store. By exploring the private footpaths that meander through the immaculate and tranquil mature sub-tropical gardens, waterways and fountains you will come across the 5 secluded swimming pools, one is heated (except January). All have sun beds for the use of our guests. The Apartment also has a 37" Plasma TV (with movie channels), DVD, CD Player. Tennis and padel courts are on site & free to use for guests.

This El Presidente apartment consists of a spacious and beautifully furnished master bedroom with king size bed, en suite fully fitted bathroom with shower. This room has a Juliet balcony that has a view over the pool which is attractively illuminated at night There are two other charming yet different themed bedrooms. One, called the Red Room, leads to the main terrace overlooking the pool and the other, the Silver Room, has its own Juliet balcony overlooking the ornamental pond and fountain. Both have twin beds, air-con/heating and share a fully fitted bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have large built in wardrobes with full length mirrors.
This apartment has a large stylish lounge with dining area that leads to the generous terrace. The apartment has Satellite TV with Movie channels, DVD and CD Sound System. There is a fully fitted large kitchen/diner, but with so many reasonably priced, good quality restaurants & Bars within walking distance who wants to waste time cooking!

El Presidente has Tennis & Padel Courts for our guests use at no additional charge but you will have to bring your own equipment. Safety at El Presidente is very important as there are Security Guards on duty 24 hours and a life guard on duty at the main pool during summer months. Within walking distance of the apartment you will find good quality Restaurants specialising in Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Italian food plus a selection of Pizzerias, cafes and bars. Our Managing Agent is available at any time to give advice and assistance.

The Costa del Sol region


Typical Spanish white villages such as Ronda, Casares, Mijas and Istan are within an hour’s drive from El Presidente through some of the most spectacular & breathtaking mountain scenery you can find. The pretty village of Benahavis, which has some of the best restaurants on the Costa del Sol, is just 15 mins away by car. On your way there you will pass through a delightful gorge, woodland and mountain streams.
There are over 50 golf courses on the Costa Del Sol, many close by such as Atalaya Golf, El Paraiso Golf, El Campanario Golf, Los Aqueros Golf Course, Guadalmina Golf, Las Flamingos Golf, Aloha Golf Club and many more. Long hours of sunshine that the Costa del Sol receives has established the region as firm favourite amongst holiday-makers and golf enthusiasts.
Of particular interest for families is one of Europe’s largest Animal Reserves, Selwo, just a few minutes drive away. Here you can enjoy a full day of African adventure by either walking or taking a tour in a four-wheel drive vehicle. Also nearby are aqua parks, sea-life centres, boat trips, water sports, cable car rides and markets – the market at Puerto Banus Bullring every Saturday, just a few minutes away from El Presidente is a must.
With over three hundred days of sunshine each year the Costa del Sol benefits from exceptionally good Mediterranean weather, with average summer temperatures exceeding 25 degrees and winter temperatures of 17 degrees. The coastline, full of natural splendour, and its various 'blue flag' beaches range from huge expanses of golden sand to hidden coves with secluded beaches. The majority of the beaches feature small open-air bars & restaurants called 'chiringuitos' where you can find a selection of fresh fish and is usually good value. Andalucia is so remarkable that you can even enjoy Skiing in the Sierra Nevada mountain range near to Granada in winter months while sunbathing is possible on the coast!
The Marbella / El Presidente, Marbella area
Marbella, a 10 min drive, is Spain's answer to St Tropez - a rendezvous of the rich and famous with a history stretching back centuries. If the past interests you and you fancy a change of pace you will find the whole area steeped in history and with plenty of fascinating architecture and places of interest dating back to the days of Roman and Moorish occupation.
Just a short stroll away from the Apartment down a leafy lane is a quiet beach that has a bar/restaurant and a play area for young children. There are many excellent restaurants catering for various tastes, a pub and bars within walking distance as well as a supermarket. Next to El Presidente is the prestigious Crowne Plaza 5* Spa Hotel. Their pool side bars & restaurants are available to for you to use if you want a 'special evening'
A short 5 min drive will take you to the renowned Puerto Banus Marina. This is probably the most famous part of the area called the "Golden Mile" where luxury yachts are moored and the rich and famous mingle with ordinary families with young children who just enjoy a stroll or relaxing at a favourite bar to enjoy the view of some of the most spectacular floating palaces moored quayside. If its entertainment you seek then Marbella and the immediate locality has it all. There are parks and gardens to relax in, concerts, water sports, aqua parks, horse riding, hiking and a variety of night life. The many 5* Hotels along the coast welcome non-residents and offer superb restaurants, entertainment, Flamenco shows etc. The new 5* Crowne Plaza Spa Hotel, next to El Presidente has a beautiful poolside bar, entertainment and of course very well equipped spa facilities.
Puerto Banus & Marbella also have superb shopping facilities with one of Spain’s finest department stores, El Corte Ingles and many designer boutiques and shops located at the La Canada Shopping mall. Although a car is not necessary it is useful to explore the area and access the full range of ativities and facilities nearby.

Guestbook for El Presidente Beach Apartment
This property had everything you needed and more. We stayed for 8 nights from the 28th October me, my husband, our 3 year old and my parents. The apartment had ample space to accommodate all of us so we werent on each others toes! The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated and has a washing machine (and DVD player plus UK TV (All very useful when you have a toddler!) Val also hadnt thrown out useful bits that previous guests had left - such as tea, coffee, washing powder which were very useful especially if you arrive late on a Saturday - as all shops are closed in Spain on a Sunday! The complex has 5 pools and because we went off-season the heated pool was just great. It was warm enough to sunbathe but the heated pool was welcomed! My husband did brave the unheated one by the apartment but managed about 2-3 minutes! We liked the fact that we didnt have to hire a car for this holiday and Vals friend picked us up and dro pped us back for a reasonable price (one less thing to worry about). There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and a small supermarket. The larger supermarket however is only about a 15 minute walk away. The beach is a couple of minutes walk away too - and if you head left it gets a little bit sandier (as is quite stony around the shore line). We got the bus into Marbella which goes every 30 minutes (about 3-5 minutes walk from apartment to bus stop) and enjoyed the beach here too. We all though this was a great value holiday and would certainly look to go again. The complex was really well designed - very tranquil and very well maintained gardens and water features – I didn’t want to leave! (Nov 2011)

The property was exactly as described. We were looking forward to our visit and everything was excellent. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the apartment was equipped with everything anyone could need. The contact with Val was great, the directions to the apartment and in house instructions very clear. The complex itself was beautiful with lovely well kept gardens and swimming pools. We had a wonderful time and would have no hesitation in recommending this property to our friends. (Feb 2011) This appartment is very very lovely, the pictures online are exactly how the appartment is which is amazing as you dont offten find that. I stayed in this appartment in sep 2010 with my partner and five of our friends. Although the appartment and resort were stunning i would not recomend for a group of younger adults who are up for all night drinking partying ect. I had the best holiday ive ever had here and will deffenatly like to return with my partner (on our own). There is lots to do outside the resort but if you like to relax then the pools are beautiful! many thanks siobhan. (Nov 2010)
The apartment was as described, it was very clean and tidy which is a priority for me, its fully equipped and has everything to ensure a stress free holiday. We did try a few of the restaurants such as Cinnamon which is good value for money and the food was excellent, Taninos was also wonderful and the cocktails were delicious. I would definitely recommend is Tikitanos, the food, ambience, setting and staff was exceptional, although its not a place to go if you are on a budget or watching the pennies, however it is 10/10, I would definitely go back there again. I would definitely recommend the apartment, the owners were very nice and helpful, we had a late flight and the offer of leaving our luggage there until later was a big welcome, many thanks to Val for all her help, we greatly appreciated it." We have just returned from 2 fantastic weeks at Val and Rogers apartment. There is nothing to say other than this apartment offers a perfect stay in every way. The grounds are outstaning and constantly groomed.The attention to detail makes it a real home from home and our friends stayed at another apartment on the same complex with one less bedroom, no air conditioning, dvd player etc etc and paid more The complex is nice and quiet with lot of English families and Spainish. "We arrived at the property to be met by an extremely pleasant young lady, Rachel, who is from the property manage ment company. She took us to the apartment, and we were taken aback by how lovely it was, everything extremely well laid out, and presented with care. El Presidente complex was surprisingly easy to find right next to the Crowne Plaza, yet it was as if it wasnt there due to the trees to the front of the compex. The complex itself is beautifully laid out, its almost as if it was in another world, the pools were fantastic and the gardens were well kept.
