25% of rental fee due on reservation & full balance payable eight weeks before departure.
Refundable breakages deposit of £200 payable with full balance, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
There is a lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access.
Smoking is only allowed on the terrace please.

The Costa del Sol region


With over 300 days of sunshine a year, mean average temperature of 18c, 161 km of excellent beaches, 11 marinas, over 40 golf courses, dramatic mountains, rural villages and sophisticated tourist resorts, the Costa del Sol has so much to offer.
There is something for everyone - beautiful landscapes, fine gastronomy, cultural heritage and the hospitality of the people. Particularly noteworthy sights include Tivoli World theme park, Antequera, El Torcal, Nerja Caves, Gibraltar, Malaga (particularly the Picasso Museum), Marbella, Mijas, Ronda, Casares & Selwo Adventure Park.

Los Arqueros is set among the mountains of the Sierra de Ronda in the municipality of Benahavis only 10 minutes from Marbella & Puerto Banus.
The 18-hole championship course is surrounded by the developments of El Alto, El Lago, La Finca, La Torre, Las Jacarandas, Las Terrazas, Los Almendros, Los Balcones, Los Naranjos, Los Olivos & Los Pinos. A new 9-hole course and the developments of Los Eucaliptos, Las Encinas & Los Robles are under construction.
Aside from the amenities within the complex, local places of interest include the traditional mountain village of Benahavis famous for its gastronomy and cosmopolitan Marbella with its many shops, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, cinema and casino.
There are many activities available locally including golf, water sports, quad biking, paint balling, go-karting, horse riding & mountain biking. We had the most amazing long weekend as this apartment. It was calm and peaceful witha amazing facilities. We had a fantastic meal at the club house and the waiter's were so friendly, never mind the food being out of this world. The apartment comes with everything a family/group of friends could hope for. Whilst the ladies enjoy laying round the pool or enjoying the markets in Banus( which is only a short drive away) the men can indulge in all the bars that are olnly a short walk from la torre. We were so impressed with the facitilies and how homely the apartment feels we are looking to book again very very soon. P.s We also had a new puppy with us and she had an amazing time too ;-) This was the best holiday we have ever had. |

An excellent apartment in a great location. Modern with all appliances needed by a family on holiday (tv with sky channels, washing machine, tumble dryer). Puerto Banus, San Pedro and Benahavis are all a short taxi ride away and taxis are very reasonable. There are lots of excellent restaurants nearby. The pool area is very clean and ideal for people with young children and if you fell energetic the golf complex is about 10 minutes walk away with a busy retaurant and bar. We had a great holiday and would recommend this apartment.
