This delightful beachside apartment was completed to a high standard in February 2005. It is extremely spacious with a fully fitted kitchen and is fully furnished with a tasteful modern touch. There is a spacious balcony which provides a perfect location for al fresco dining overlooking Artola 9 hole golf course and views to the sea. Complete with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms it's ideal for groups of friends, family & golfers. Numerous golf courses are within easy driving distance and Marbella is 10mins drive. Las Dunas De Carib Playa is an enclosed & secure urbanisation consisting of two 4-storey apartment blocks, 2 swimming pools (one for children) and plenty of garden space for sunbathing. Just a 7 minute stroll to the local beach and 15 minutes walk through the eucalyptus trees and sand dunes of the National Park to the beautiful port of Cabopino with its 170 boat marina plus many bars & restaurants. It is close to many amenities and public transport which means a car is not necessary.

Bedroom 3 - with 2 single beds, ample wardrobe space, shared bathroom. En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath/shower, wc, bidet, single basin with storage cupboards. The 2nd bathoom serves the two remaining bedrooms with large shower, wc, double basins with storage cupboards. Fully equipped & fitted kitchen: four burner vitroceramic cooker, electric oven & microwave, hood extractor, combined refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher. Utility room situated adjacent to the kitchen this houses the washing machine, iron & board, rubbish bin with additional space for storage of cleaning items. Good sized lounge/dining room with large sofa & two easy chairs plus dining table with 6 chairs. There is a flatscreen digital TV, DVD player and library, music system with ipod docking station. Large bright & spacious hallway with fitted wardrobe which provides additional storage space.

Communal lush tropical gardens well maintained with 2 swimming pools, (one for children), lifeguard during peak season. The area is very spacious and relatively uncrowded, there are also poolside toilets and umbrellas for shade. The apartment has its own balcony with a table and 6 chairs with cushions for al fresco dining and is not overlooked.

The Andalucia region

Marbella

Within walking distance are 2 local restaurants with bars, Opencor supermarket (opens 365 days per year 10am til 2am), 24 hour pharmacy, Hotel Artola, Puerto Cabopino which has several restaurants and bars. Boat and Fishing trips can be arranged from Cabopino and Puerto Banus. There are nearby waterparks (Fuengirola and Torremolinos), zoo's, horseriding and amusement park (Tivoli World). Numerous great restaurants and other facilities within short driving distance. Carib Playa Beach is 7 minutes walk and is a naturally beautiful beach which leads in Cabopino beach, both have great beach bars. You will find many activities for all to enjoy: this includes peace & quiet, an area for naturists, and a family beach with rental boats, pedaloes, jet skis, windsurfing, banada rides etc...

The famous golden mile of Marbella beach is 15 minutes drive away whilst in the other direction approx 10 mins drive the beach at La Cala is also very popular.

"pleasent holiday"

I stayed here with my wife and our 3 teenage children for 2 weeks in august 2013.
We arrived to a nice gated private development with lovely grounds ( all Landscaped ), it really did look nice, opened door to apartment and found this also to be very clean and spacious, couldnt fault the apartment except the owner should maybe think about changing the the 3 piece suite as the chairs are horrendous soooo uncomfortable apart from the settee which was ok.

Aircon worked great as did everything else in the apartment,but could do with a more comfortable table & chairs on balcony aswell, considering we paid £1700 for the 2 weeks and didnt feel that comfortable sitting at the cheap white plastic one, dont get me wrong, it was ok, but not great!, but the rest of the apartment was tip top condition and couldnt really fault it, pool area very very clean and picturesque nice lawned area and flowers everywhere, but no sunbeds supplied around pool area and ones supplied by owner that are in the apartment do the job but so not great!, it also says in the write up for this apartment that a car is not needed, this is most definately not the case, if you like a lot of walking up hills to the bus stop then thats fine, but if your a bit elderly or have a slight disability, or less mobile in any way, then your going have trouble here getting about UNLESS you hire a car which we did, because otherwise your trapped and cant get around to see the lovely parts of the costa del sol, this apartment is on a private residential development and to be honest there is not really alot here, it is not in a resort so if your looking for an apartment in a central location with lots of shops and bars & restaurants to visit then this is not the place to go, however if you want a really quiet area with just a few restaurants and have a car then youll be ok

There is a lovely German restaurant just a small walk up the rd which sells great food (big Portions) for a very reasonable price, also a nice little English bar a bit further up called the Orange Tree, nick the owner is a nice welcoming fella,he also provides free wifi

Cabapino beach is just a 5 min drive away and a very nice beach it is too! La Cala da Mijas beach is also a lovely beach, we prefered this 1 because it was less crowded, it had a few nice beach bars selling breakfast lunch & Dinner sunbeds and fixed parasols, so everything you need for a perfect day out at the beach

Overall a nice holiday, nice apartment, Great beaches , NIce weather. BUT BOY are we glad we hired a car!!!!

"Outstanding apartment in a wonderful complex with pool"

Large and comfortable apartment with all facilities and a wonderful large balcony for summer living. Grounds are lush and beautifully planted and, though the pool serves multiple apartments, this was never crowded. Easy walking to numerous crowded or deserted beaches, restaurants of all descriptions, and a short drive to the center of Marbella and Fuengirola. Straightforward drive for a day at the Alhambra outside Granada, and to other cities such as Seville and Jerez.
