About the home

Completed in August 2007 and tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard, this apartment is situated in the beautiful setting of El Soto de Marbella above Elveria and close to the Santa Maria golf course.

Set in cork-oak groves, El Soto de Marbella has been designated by UNESCO as a World Biosphere Reserve. It offers spacious grounds which include several pools, its own golf course, a friendly club house offering beautiful food, tennis courts, gym, sauna and jacuzzi.

It offers a perfect combination of a peaceful location with easy access to beaches, golf courses (approx 23 within easy reach!) and the buzzing atmosphere of Marbella and Puerto Banus. The best beaches of the Marbella area - Nikki Beach and White Pearl Beach visited by the rich and famous in front of the 5 star Don Carlos Hotel - are a few minutes drive down the hill and Elveria centre offers a wide choice of international cuisine and entertainment. Only a minute away, you will find the hill top village of La Mairena, home to the famous International Tennis School, a super-trendy cafe bar and a sumptuous restaurant.

The apartment itself is spacious and well presented with a large terrace offering spectacular sea and mountain views. Marble floors throughout and contemporary decor increase the feeling of light and space. Leather sofas and chic furnishings throughout offer you all the comforts of home in a sunshine setting. Elviria is within easy reach of the airport and historic town of Malaga, the local street markets up and down the coast and the international shopping and cinema complex offerd by La Canada.
