A beautiful, contemporary luxury apartment with two (or three) bedrooms, located in the hills just minutes from Marbella offering breathtaking views over the valley and Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment is bright and spacious, comfortably accommodating 6 people. with the option to rent as a 2 or 3 bedroom. Two rooms have a 6' King size bed, and one room has two single beds.
This charming new urbanisation is more like a small village consisting of luxury apartments set in the hills of Los Monteros and surrrounded by olive groves. Access to the urbanisation is by a road on the perimeter leading to extensive underground parking. This gives security for young children and leaving only tranquil walkways within this village setting, with luscious gardens stocked with aromatic herbs and shrubs. A world of tranquillity and countryside, yet only minutes away from Marbella and many other attractions along the coast.
The top class Santa Clara Golf Club is just 1km away and Rio Real Golf Club also 1km away.
The apartment has its own entrance at almost ground level and offers:
MASTER BEDROOM - With 6ft kingsize bed, two double wardrobes. Digital Safe. Floor to ceiling glass windows and door leading out to the large sunny terrace. EN SUITE - Large bathroom with double sink vanity unit in cream marble. Underfloor heating, sunken bath with shower over and glass screen. WC and Bidet.
BEDROOM TWO - With two single beds, fitted wardrobe, floor to ceiling glass windows and door leading out to large terrace.
BEDROOM THREE (Kept locked but available on request). With 6ft kingsize bed, wardrobe. Floor to ceiling glass windows and door leading out to the large sunny terrace.
MAIN BATHROOM - With double walk-in shower, wash basin, WC and bidet.
**The Master bedroom is set apart from the other two bedrooms on the opposite side of the apartment, giving plenty of privacy**
Duvets and soft Egyptian cotton bedding is provided for your comfort.
A travel cot is available on request.
GUEST TOILET - WC & sink.
LIVING/DINING ROOM - A bright and spacious room with Satelite TV, (Free Sky Chanels) stereo DVD/CD. Full width, full height glass sliding doors leading out to large terrace. (There are approx 50 DVD movies provided for all tastes).
KITCHEN - Fully fitted with granite work surfaces, complete with Bosch dish washer, washing machine, microwave and oven. Kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
TERRACE - Spacious terrace with fabulous views of the sea and countryside, equipped with dining table and chairs, and two sunbeds. All rooms lead out to the same east facing terrace through full height and full width glass sliding doors.
GARAGE - There is secure underground parking.
This is a high quality apartment with cream marble floors throughout and is fitted with hot and cold air conditioning/heating, with electric shutters in the bedrooms and living room.
The outside has beautiful landscaped gardens containing an abundance of aromatic herbs and plants. There are four communal swimming pools, with one being a toddlers paddling pool. There are also changing and shower facilities by the main pool.
There is much to do in the Costa del Sol with sports and activities of every descriptions. Or if you prefer a relaxing holiday, you can sunbathe on the terrace of the apartment, or beside one of the pools and down on the beach 10 minutes away.

There are a number of supermarkets just a few minutes drive away and also the large "La Canada" shopping centre with indoor shopping mall, only 2km away, full of familiar UK shops/boutiques. Also many bars and restaurants, a bowling alley and Cinema.
The Santa Clara Golf Course is only a few minutes away with a lovely club house which, even if not playing golf, is very pleasant for coffee or lunch. There are many other golf courses only a short drive away. Full details of Golf Courses can be provided.
Marbella is approx 3kms away, ideal for shopping and eating in the many restaurants or simply a strole along the promenade.
Puerto Banus is approx 4kms away, fully of buz and atmosphere, where you will find many restaurants bars and nightclubs. The shopping is also excellent with many boutiques and the large department store El Corte Ingles. Each Saturday morning there is a large market just north of Puerto Banus - well worth a visit.
A small ferry runs regularly between Marbella and Puerto Banus for just a few euros.

The Los Monteros area is about 10 minutes drive from the centre of Marbella. And where one of the most prestigious 5* hotels on the coast, the Meridian Los Monteros Hotel, makes its home. And also, where the famous "Antonio Banderos" has a home!
The Rio Real golf course is about 2 kilometres from the apartment. With the well known Santa Clara Golf Club about 1 kilometre from the apartment.
The Monteros Beach, approx 2km, is known for being rock free with shallow waters. This beach has a restaurant, showers and public services, rubbish bins, watch towers, life guards and first aid. Water sports such as windsurfing, water skis and pedlos are practised here. Among its services you will find two beach bars with sunbeds, a beach club and the Los Monteros Hotel
Surrounding Scenery
The magnificent mountain known as 'La Concha' (the shell) is part of a range that extends across the skyline to the village of Ojén. Take the road to Ojén and turn left into the beautiful park called 'Juanar', where the mountainside is covered in pine trees, pinsapos, walnut and olive trees, as well as wild orchids - and some wild animals, including Hispanic wild goats, eagles and Royal owls. At one of its highest points stands 'El Mirador' where you can look down on one of the most spectacular views of Marbella and its surroundings
The Marbella / Los Monteros area
MARBELLA
Marbella is best described as a trendy cosmopolitan resort with long sandy beaches. Marbella also has many boutiques and modern shops, with the Old Town being worth a visit, one of the prettiest places is the well known 'Orange Square', which is located just off the main street in the older district and is also home to the 16th century town hall.
Expect to meet with stately buildings, small shops, art galleries, bars and bistros together with a hub of activity day and night. And, depending on the time of year, the colours here can be vibrant, with the trees and exotic tropical plants set against a backdrop of dazzling white buildings and a deep blue sky.
It has a bustling lively nightlife with a good range of bars and plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes. Marbella also has its share of nightclubs. A walk along the promenade in the evenings is a popular past time for locals as well as holiday makers.
There are also two large parks in Marbella, which provide some welcome shade to spend some time with a book. The amphitheatre at Constitution Park (once the garden of a private residence) is frequently used for concerts and plays and flamenco evenings in the summer. Casinos, clubs and just about every sporting activity under the sun is always within reach, few places can match Marbella for world-class tennis, sailing and golf. There are also three pleasure craft harbours here.
PUERTO BANUS
Puerto Banus is located just west of Marbella, it is a bustling cosmopolitan resort with plenty to keep you entertained. It is a luxurious resort that has an abundance of restaurants and bars to spend your evenings in. At the harbour you will be overwhelmed by the size and beauty of the Yachts that are moored there and should be seen in person.
The setting is close to ideal, and over the years the port has steadily grown and now features a casino, commercial shopping centre, a department store, marine observatory and a multi cinema.
Nightlife buzzes at Puerto Banus with your choice of alfresco bars, piano clubs and discos while during the day this is a window shopper's dream with several of the world renowned fashions houses featured here, in addition to small, interesting shops and boutiques. And a great place to just sit and have coffee watching all the beautiful people.
Every Saturday morning in Puerto Banus by the bullring there is a very popular street market where you can pick up all sorts of bargains, big and small.
Other places of interest, if you want to see a more traditional side of Spain, are the small towns and villages north of the coast line. Ronda is very historic with its famous bridge, also Mijas, up in the hills above Fuengerola with its whitewashed buildings. There is much to explore, and all within a reasonable drive.

15% discount for 3+ week bookings. (Only available during low season)
A holding fee of £150 or 25% (which ever is greater) is taken on reservation with the balance payable by eight weeks before arrival. There is also a refundable deposit of £200 taken in case of any breakages, excess cleaning or loss of keys.
Payment can be made in Sterling or Euros. By cheque, bank transfer or Credit/Debit Card. (A credit/debit card payment does incur an additional charge of 3%).
Check in and check out is normally midday, but this can be flexible if there is no other booking on the same day.
