About the home

A spacious, newly built,3 bed 5 *****air conditioned / heated luxury apartment in the presigious El Soto de Marbella development surrounded by beautifully manicured award winning tropical gardens. The property has quality contemporary furnishings mixed with a spanish style decor. It is fully equipped to the highest standard.

Principle rooms: large lounge with dining area - luxury leather sofas seat 6. Satallite TV - DVD - 32inch LCD TV - patio doors to a large terrace, fully equipped state of the art Siemens new appliances - dishwasher etc and laundry room , 3 bedrooms - master with double bed, beautiful hardwood fitted wardrobes, 2 more double bedrooms again with similar quality built in hardwood wardrobes. 2 luxury marble bathrooms, one en suite - separate marble and glass shower cubicle with power shower - large jacuzzi bath.Second marble bathroom with shower over bath, and bidet. Fluffy Egyption cotton towels compliment the luxurious feel.
Outside areas, sliding glass patio doors lead to a private sun terrace, with table chairs and wicker sofas . The terrace overlooks one of the three swimming pools and the lush garden areas and spectacular views of sea and mountains. there are 2 more terraces and each bedroom has its own terrace.
The views are can only be described as spectacular - looking out over the coastal resorts to the Mediterranean then round to the mountains - in the evening watch the sun set over the horizon then see the night lights of Marbella and the twinkling mountain lights of the inland Andalusian villages. Simply Breath taking!!
Facilities : For clients occupying this property there are FREE golf tennis and leisure facilities. El Soto has a 9 hole golf course. A contemporary furnished bar and restaurant - sit on the terrace overlooking the floodlit lake and fountain - eating Paco & Nancy's excellent food. 9 hole par73 golf short but testing with water features. Tennis courts, gymnasium, sauna and steam room. Small children's adventure playground at the club house.
A few minutes drive takes you to the best beaches on the Costa del Sol with excellent bars, restaurants, supermarkets and boutique shops.
Marbella is only 10km away and the famous Nikki Beach Club is only minutes away in Elviria.

This is a fully fitted and equipped holiday home, quality towels, bed-linen & blankets are all provided for use in the apartment, although beach towels are not. The patio doors from the lounge open out onto the terrace which catches the morning and afternoon sun and has magnificent views over the garden to distant mountains , the Mediterranean coast and the ocean. There is a patio table and chairs for 6 so you can sit or dine on the terrace . The garden bathes in sunshine for nearly the whole day and sun loungers are provided.

The beautiful white villages of Ojen & Mijas are nearby, Ronda and Cordoba can also be easily reached. Further afield, there is the Alhambra palace complex in Granada, the old city of Seville, and Gibraltar with its Barbary Apes, cable car to the Rock summit and dolphin safaris in Gibraltar bay. The more adventurous might like to drive on to Tarifa or other ports and take the ferry across to Morrocco.

El Soto de Marbella was declared a World Biosphere Reservation by UNESCO (there are protected cork and oak trees rare plants and birds )and is located in the hills above the village of Elviria, just 15 minutes drive from the centre of Marbella. Elviria has a good range of facilities including excellent restaurants, bars, supermarkets and boutique shops. The extensive Elviria Beach is 7 mins drive away and is one of the best Marbella beaches, ideal for families or couples with plenty of facilities including jet skiing and kite boarding. The main department stores and designer boutiques can be found in nearby Marbella and the famous Puerto Banus. La Cala & Santa Maria are two superb golf courses only a few minutes away and there are another 21 excellent courses within 30 mins drive. The David Leadbetter Golf Acadamy is only 5 mines drive away.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable two months prior to arrival.
A security deposit of £150 is required against damage/breakage. This can be secured by credit card imprint .on arrival and released after departure.

There is an as new cot and mattress together with as new high chair replaced annually available at €6 per night. Two sets are available.

We have a driver and vehicle available for private airport transfers and tours/ excursions. (Contact for details and rates)

Your accommodation will be cleaned prior to your arrival towels and bed linen provided. For stays of 9 nights or more a second set of linen will be arranged. Extra cleaning can be arranged in advance and will be charged for locally in resort.

Any changeover day is accepted and we will accommodate you at whatever time you wish to arrive and depart the accommodation. There is a late arrival charge after 23.00 hours of €40 paid locally on arrival.

++The apartment can sleep up to 6 people, by utilising two sturdy fold away single beds++ The extra beds and linen are charged at €4 per night per bed paid locally on arrival.

Pre purcase a grocery pack - our staff will have all your favourite food awaiting your arrival. There is a small charge just e mail a list.

Conditions

The apartment is non smoking (Smoking allowed outside on the terrace) In the event of unauthorised smoking inside the property a charge for an exceptional clean to remove the odour will be made.

Disclaimer: We would advise, all of our clients the marble flooring generally used in Spain, will be extremely slippy when wet. Precautions shoule be taken at all times, to avoid any accidents.
Patio doors, which are glass, should be approached with care and caution at all times.
Clients using the apartments with young families are advised to take caution, with their young children to avoid any serious accidents, marble surfaces are very slippery when wet, we advise you to ensure that you dry off thoroughly before entering the apartment.

The Costa del Sol region

A beautiful, 160-kilometre-long Mediterranean coast and a mild climate due to the coastal strip’s protection from winds have made Costa del Sol one of the world’s top tourist destinations.

Costa Del Sol’s mild weather is renowned internationally, with its average temperature of 22ºC in the winter and in excess of 30ºC in summer. Golf and tennis are popular pursuits in the region and watersports are big on the agenda of fun. The Sierra Nevada Mountains, Granada, Marbella and Gibraltar can all be visited whilst on the Costa but if u want to totally relax there are the lovely clean beaches to laze on.

The Marbella / Elviria area

Just a short walk away from the property is the welcoming Restaurant El Soto where you can enjoy a quiet drink or a full meal overlooking the feature lake on the golf course.

The development has its own 9 hole golf course, tennis and paddle courts, gym and spa with sauna steam room and jacuzzi, putting green, small shop and children's play area.All free to guests of our apartment. A short distance away from El Soto is the Kudu bar which has a friendly atmosphere and serves fantastic food! The area is also within a short driving distance of over 30 golf courses in the area to suit allabilities. In particular within a five minute drive are the renowned La Cala and Santa Maria courses.
The area has also been recomended by many keen mountain bikers as the stunning location and scenery make it perfect for this activity. The property has ample parking, access lift and 24 hour entrance security.
The location of Marbella needs no introduction. This property is ideally placed for those wishing to experience the vibrant area whilst still experiencing true relaxation. The apartment is ideally placed on the complex with just a short walk to the clubhouse. Within a seven minute car drive is the beautiful town of Elviria with its restaurants, shops, stunning beaches and the very famous Nikki Beach based at the 5 star Don Carlos Hotel.
Also within a short drive is the stunning port of Cabopino and Puerto Banus with its designer boutiques and department stores and vibrant nightlife. The beautiful white villages of Ojen and Mijas are definitely worth a visit as are Ronda, Seville and Granada.

Further afield there is Gibraltar with its wild monkeys! The apartment is ideal for golfers as there are over 30 courses of varying standard to be played locally. Other local activities include, walking, mountain biking, fishing, sailing, go-karting, aquarium, water park and zoo.
