This magnificent four bedroom detached villa is privately owned, in a quiet position, on a small private development of similar properties, having twenty four hour security.
The marbled floored villa constructed in 2001, is fully furnished with heating/air-conditioning and consists of a spacious lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, utility area, four bedrooms one with en suite, one family bathroom and one shower room with WC.
The villa overlooks Guadalmina golf course, and benefits from having its own floodlit and heated swimming pool as well as the use of three communal pools. From the balcony you have stunning views of the Sierra de Ronda mountain range.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

The villa is only 3 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk to the commercial plaza, where you can find restaurants, banks, newsagents, doctors etc.

San Pedro Alcantara is a short 2 minute drive from the villa. It is located about 10km from Marbella, and 20km from Estepona.
The centre plaza with its parish church and narrow streets are packed with small shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. It is well worth a visit.
You will also find there the beachfront with its wide modern promenade flanked by palm trees. There are also beachside restaurants specializing in fish dishes.

Puerto Banus is 10 minutes drive from the villa and just west of Marbella. This is a must visit location. This is the home of the rich and famous. The picturesque harbour is home to some spectacular luxury yachts. There are many restaurants and bars to sit in and take up the atmosphere.
In the evenings the nightlife is something to see, with Sinatra's Piano Bar being the place to be seen.

The Costa del Sol, also known as the Costa del Golf is ideal for golf lovers. There are over 40 fabulous golf courses all within 30 minutes drive of the villa. We cannot list them all. Monte Mayor is a must for the Golf player. The course is tough and the views are fantastic. The golf complex of Valderama is only 30 minutes away.

There are lots to do for all ages on the Costa del Sol. Here are just a few:

Booking deposit will be 30% of the total rental amount (this is non refundable. The remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. If the full balance is not paid at this time, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and the reservation deposit will be forfeit. Bookings made within 8 weeks of the commencement date will require full payment with the booking form. Bookings cannot be accepted from parties of people aged 21 or under.

A damage deposit of £150.00 for the first week, plus £50.00 for every other extra week is required 8 weeks prior to departure. This is refundable assuming that no damage or breakages have occurred. In the event of any breakages or damage, a retention to cover our costs would be levied. Therefore the client agrees to pay for any breakages, losses or damage. Guests are strongly advised to take out full travel, accident and medical cover insurance before leaving the UK.
