The Casita is located just two minutes’ walk from the Old Town of Marbella, often referred to as one of Spain’s most beautiful ancient towns. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes by taxi from Puerto Banus, the house has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The house benefits from a large roof terrace, with open dining area & roof-top shower, perfect for lazy days in the sun and cool evenings with a glass of Rioja. With one double, one twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the open plan lounge, the house is ideal for families or groups of adults, with plenty in the surrounding area to experience and enjoy during your stay.

Conditions
Refundable breakages deposit of £200 (€300) required on arrival, to be refunded on departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking.
