About the home

The Casita is located just two minutes’ walk from the Old Town of Marbella, often referred to as one of Spain’s most beautiful ancient towns. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes by taxi from Puerto Banus, the house has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

The house benefits from a large roof terrace, with open dining area and roof-top shower, perfect for lazy days in the sun and cool evenings with a glass of Rioja. With one double, one twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the open plan lounge, the house is ideal for families or groups of adults, with plenty in the surrounding area to experience and enjoy during your stay.

The modern interior is complemented by original features such as the open wood fireplace. The open plan lounge/kitchen contains a modern kitchen and high quality leather furniture. The ground floor also has a toilet and basin. The first floor contains both bedrooms and the contemporary walk-in shower room with toilet.

The roof terrace contains an open solarium area with two sun loungers, a hammock and a covered dining area with a table and six chairs. In the hot summer months you can retreat under the purpose built bamboo sun-screen or cool off in the roof-top shower. There is also a built-in barbecue, fridge, sink and food preperation area to enable you to create wornderful lunches and dinners.

An English speaking representative will meet you on arrival and departure to handover the keys and answer any questions you have regrading the house, the local area or just where to find the best restaurants!

Conditions

Refundable breakages deposit of £200 (€300) required on arrival, to be refunded on departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking.

“Hidden gem in the old town” The Casita is a hidden gem in the old town of Marbella, 7-10 minutes walk through the charming back streets to Orange Square. We stayed 4 nights and found the area to be quiet and partially pedestrianised but parked close by with ease. It is an old house so naturally the rooms are fairly small but there are a double bedroom and a twin, good shower room and a good size lounge with cloakroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and the whole place was spotless. There is also a good roof terrace with bbq and cold shower. The owner was very helpful with suggestions about what to do and insisted that we phone him anytime if we had a problem. We didn't need to but would have been comfortable to do so. We usually stay in hotels but this was really much cosier and we would definitely stay again when next in Marbella.
