This 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom property is more like a town house, with the bedrooms located upstairs, both with their own bathrooms and also a further level above this which leads up to a huge roof terrace of over 600sqft! Each bedroom has fantastic views over the golf course and the whole property is very bright with natural light. This property has sun allday long, and is west facing so you have sun on the terraces until complete sunset - 10pm in the Summer!
Located in a private cul de sac gated road, there is also a heated pool 2 minutes walk away from the house within the gated development, which is shared with a handful of other houses (sun beds are provided here too, but not towels!)
The property has been recently renovated to the highest standards, and includes Wifi, Sky TV, Plasma TV screen, new air conditioning units, new kitchen with granite worktops, 2 new bathrooms and polished cream marble floors.
The master bedroom has the most amazing views from the bed, looking over the entire golf course and into the mountains. Each room has luxury bedlinen, beach towels and extra pillows for the beds. The master bedroom comes with Sky TV (linked to the living room box), and has private access to the roof terrace. There is also an en suite bathroom with massive walk in shower and plenty of wardrobe space. This bedroom also has access to another west facing terrace with absolutely stunning views which is shared with the guest bedroom.
The guest bedroom has access to a beautiful sun drenched terrace ideal for sunbathing in the late afternoon and evening, and also a bathroom for for a prince or princess! This bedroom also has lots of wardrobe space.
Downstairs you will find another terrace off the lounge and dining room, again overlooking the La Quinta golf course. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with all mod cons and overlooks the lounge and also has fantastic views. There is a seperate utility room where the washing machine, spare towels, beach towels and extra cooking utensils are kept.
The property is located in the heart of Nueva Andalcuia, Marbella on the south coast of Spain. Within La Quinta there is a 5 star hotel, many coffee bars, several restaurants, a luxury deli, nursery for children of 3 months to 10 years (25€ per day) and many other amenities and services. There is also a gym, spa and golf academy. All of these services are available to anyone who rents this property. There is also a concierge service should you need help with anything, babysitters, taxi's etc...
The hotel is a 10 minute walk away (around 20 minutes walk back though as its up hill!), here you will find all amenities mentioned above including the restaurants and bars! There is also a 24 hour taxi rank here too.
If you have young children the owners can also provide a Maxi Cosi car seat and also car rental if required.

Why Southern Spain?
You will have heard it all before; 325 days of sunshine a year, beautiful beaches, world-class golf, beautiful restaurants etc. In truth if you are visiting this website you probably know a great deal about what the Costa del Sol has to offer already. Then again, it doesn't hurt to remind ourselves once in a while and maybe open our eyes to some things we either didn't know or had forgotten.
Aside from the fantastic weather, which it's fair to say, is world-renowned, the coast has a myriad of other fantastic attributes.
In recent years the coast has seen a boom in new residents from all over Europe and around the World. The reasons for this are more complex than simply sun worship.
The Andalucian region has benefited greatly from Spain's European Union subsidies. This has created vastly improved infrastructure in road, rail and air. Malaga Airport is currently undergoing huge expansion, which will result in it being one of the most widely connected gateways in Europe with a new third terminal recently opened by the King and Queen of Spain and a third runway scheduled to be in use by late 2010.
Add to this the international airports of Jerez, Seville and Gibraltar, and you are within a short journey of several major airports to fly to and from, with a large network of low cost airlines allowing extremely cost effective and year round access to the region.
The regional economy has evolved from a seasonal tourist based income to a year round self-supporting business and tourism centre, to rival any in Europe. The opportunities for ex-pats are wide ranging and in abundance.
The choice of English Curriculum private schools is healthy and expanding all the time to meet growing demand. With an excellent choice of hospitals and medical centres, Southern Spain is in a class of its own when it comes to health care.
Add this to the alluring draw of warm winters, local skiing, world class water sports, tax free shopping, national parks, first class cuisine, a low cost of living, and you'll realise there is a lot more to this coast than just glitz, glamour and golf golf golf!
World famous as a holiday destination since the 1960's, Marbella is regarded as the Costa del Sol's jewel in the crown. Its unique allure has produced a style and character quite distinct from other coastal towns. Marbella offers both the quintessentially Spanish qualities of its "Old Town", alongside the modern landmarks of designer labels and contemporary infrastructure.
Marbella is situated 50km to the west of Malaga, and is well served by the local highway (the A-7) or the toll motorway (the AP7-E15). The town has a permanent residential population of around 85,000 people but this figure increases dramatically during the summer months to around 200,000. The protection of La Concha mountain in the Sierra Blanca right behind the town affords Marbella its own micro-climate, which guarantees sunny weather most of the year (325 days to be precise!) Even the Winter months are warm enough to sunbath or take lunch at the beach.
Marbella's Old Town centres around the Plaza de los Naranjos (Orange Square), which features a wide variety of traditional and modern restaurants. The narrow streets which meander around the Square are full of eclectic shops selling everything from Moroccan rugs to summer sandals. Venture out onto Marbella's main street, Avenida Ricardo Soriano, and many high street designer names such Mango and Zara to name but a few, are to be found.
The Marbella coastline enjoys some of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. Many a local resident enjoys a morning walk, or even jog, along Marbella's Paseo Maritimo (promenade), where many traditional Spanish restaurants are also located. The nightlife in Marbella is equally vibrant, ensuring those who visit have much to enjoy in the evenings, in addition to the alluring sun during the day.
Heading west from Marbella, you travel along the famous "Golden Mile", so named because of the many palatial beachfront villas, and the famous Marbella Club and Puento Romano Hotels. At the end of the Golden Mile is the world-renowned Marina of Puerto Banus, with its wide selection of designer shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, where you can sit for hours watching the world go by.
Property in Puerto Banus, either for sale or for rent, is in high demand due to its prestigious location. Set along the beach between Marbella and San Pedro, and only 30 minutes from Malaga Airport, Puerto Banus is the epitome of luxury and elegance on the Costa del Sol. Nightlife buzzes at Puerto Banus, with your choice of alfresco bars, piano bars and discos, while during the day this is a window shopper's dream, with several of the world renowned fashion houses featured here, in addition to small, interesting shops and boutiques.
Situated just north of the prestigious Marina of Puerto Banus, within the boundaries of "the Golf Valley", Nueva Andalucia has grown to become one of the most sought after residential areas of the Costa del Sol. With a superb infrastructure packed with amenities for all ages, the area has become a definite favourite for residential tourists.
Its nickname of the "Golf Valley" is due to its five championship golf courses - Aloha, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, La Quinta and Los Arqueros, as well as other smaller courses, including the floodlit La Dama de Noche course. All have wonderful Club Houses with fabulous views from their terraces, and you do not need to be a member to enjoy a drink or a meal at any of these, all for very reasonable prices too.
You will find here a variety of some of the best restaurants on the coast, many sport and leisure facilities, and the area has a wide selection of luxury real estate in all price ranges, due to its close proximity to Puerto Banus and Marbella.

"A luxury home from home"
The townhouse is located in a safe and guarded community with parking and access to a great poll. There are some great restaurants and bars in a very close driving proximity and it is located brilliantly for all key locations in Marbella.
The property is beautiful with balconies, roof top terrace and ample rooms for families. There are great features re Sky, Wi Fi and dishwashers etc so once place to relax.
The owners are excellent and the whole process was easy re keys etc - 100% recommend this for a holiday location.

"Best rental property I have every stayed in, and amazing views!"
My son and I wanted a holiday somewhere reasonably close to the beach and something with a heated pool onsite. I loved the fact the property is in a private gated road, meaning he could run free outside the house when he wanted to play football.
We walked down to the golf club and hotel a couple of times for lunch and to use the golf driving range, €3 I think for a pyramid of balls!
We then walked over to the onsite tapas bar called Hoyo 19 where we had a really really lovely lunch. I looks a lot more expensive than the final bill is, for the two of us, with a lot of food, 2 drinks and a coffee for €17!!! Definite give this place a go, very interesting watching the folders play the final and very difficult hole!!
The property itself has absolutely everything you need, sky tv, good wifi, lots of places to sunbathe, modern kitchen and bathrooms and is really well decorated and mainted, similar to many boutique hotels I have stayed in around the world.
The owners told me this is the first year they have rented the property out and they pretty much fully booked til the end of the year, and i can see why!
The only negative point was that we had to leave!
The owners have us a really good guide to the area and all the best restaurants to eat in - this has been the first holiday in a long time where we have eaten out every night and not had a bad meal, not to mention being ripped off price wise!! Most restaurants were around 20€ per person, with many offering a menu of the day (menu del dis) for around 14€ for 2 or 3 courses and a drink! Just so cheap.
Our favourites were los farolillos in la campana (great pizzas), Hoyo 19, Prado halcones, la casita (more pricey but still lovely), and da brunos.
We will definitely return next year...

"Luxurious house with fantastic views over golf course"
A beautiful, spacious house with breath taking views. Bright and sunny, comfortable yet contemporary décor, very comfortable beds, sleeps 4 people, well equipped, very secure area with security gates. Roof terrace, with 2 further balconies and outdoor furniture. Pleasant outdoor pool with lawned area and sunbeds. A car is essential and found the owners extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area, would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.
