Conveniently located, the apartment is right on the beach, in a front line complex with superb views both to Puerto Banus and to Gibraltar. The renovated property offers all the comfort for a couple to enjoy a peaceful holiday in the middle of a lively area of Marbella, being within walking distance of maximum 10 minutes to most shops, boutiques, restaurants, department store, fitness centre, hair dressers, coffee shops, bus and taxi transport etc. The apartment comprises one bedroom, one bathroom, living-dining area, air conditioning. This is the perfect location with a sub-tropical garden for a quiet holiday. There are two single beds zipped together which can be separated.
It is ideal for a break in the peace and quiet yet just a few minutes away from various restaurants etc. Within a few minutes drive, there is also la Cañada shopping centre which is great fun. Fully equipped, we always try to give the most comfort. Telephone for incoming calls only.

The Costa del Sol region


The Area is known for the good weather, golfing facilities, the nightlife, shopping, various excursions, all types of restaurants and bars. Pubs too. The Costa Del Sol welcomes more than two million people a year who arrive at Malaga international airport and head to one of the many resorts located along this stretch of coastline from Gibraltar in the west to Nerja in the east.
The most well known resorts lie west of Malaga beginning with Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola and Mijas Costa. Further along the coast lies Marbella with its famous marina at Puerto Banus, Estepona, Sotogrande and finally Gibraltar.
The Marbella / Golden Mile area
The complex is located in Puerto Banus which is the most famous sports harbour in Spain. The Golden Mile received this name because in a very small area there are the best hotels, restaurants, discoteques and boutiques. Also the best beach bars. Selected and exclusive ambience.

There is a bus service directly non stop from and to the airport to Marbella which cost not quite four euros and the taxi to Puerto Banus would be around 12 euros. Alternatively rent a car and the drive would be approx. 35 minutes.
The cost of a taxi ranges 65-75 euros per trip.
