Luxury penthouse apartment with south facing patio, on popular Los Patios de Santa Maria in Elviria. Fully furnished, the apartment has two good sized bedrooms, one with two single beds pushed together to make a larbge double bed and fitted wardrobes and the second with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. There are two good sized bathrooms, one ensuite. Both have showers, one with bidet and bath as well. The apartment has just been newly painted throughout and the marble floor re-polished. Both bathrooms have been professionally cleaned and grouting redone. The lounge has two large sofas and a dining table and chairs. A new television has been installed offering English channels. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine, a brand new microwave, toaster and all the crockery, cutlery and glassware that you would need. There is also an ironing board and iron. There is both air conditioning and heating. There is a large patio with a table and chairs to seat 6 people. The apartment is in a superb location - a 2 minute walk from the exclusive Santa Maria Golf Club. Bars, restaurants and shops are a ten minute walk away and the beach is a 20 minute walk - here you will find the famous Nikki Beach and Beach House where celebrities go. There are also plenty of beaches either side of Nikki Beach. There are two communal pools one of which has a childrens pool. Plenty of sunloungers available at both showers at both pools. From May there will also be a lifeguard on duty. There is lift access from the secure underground parking space. Bedlinen is provided as are towels but these are not to be taken to the beach or pool.

Elviria is in a delightful spot just outside the beautiful city of Marbella with its vast choice of restaurants, bars and clubs. Just to the west side of Marbella is the exclusive port of Puerto Banus. Here you can sit in one of the many restaurants and bars overlooking the harbour where you will see some of the world's most magnificent yachts and supercars.. Puerto Banus is also home to all the designer shops. The Marbella area is renowned for its beaches and golf courses. The climate is such that you can enjoy the warm sunshine year round. Take a trip into the rustic countryside and get a feel of the true Andalucian Spain.


Elviria is a growing development with a good selection of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets (one open 24/7 365 days a year) as well as the well known Santa Maria Golf Club just 50 yards from the apartment. Also a great place for a breakfast or lunch. Walking distance to the exclusive Nikki Beach where you can rub shoulders with celebrities. There are also plenty of white sandy beaches either side as well as cafes/restaurants for lunch. Malaga Airport is a 25 minute drive at the most.
