As you enter the property you will find a large open plan living area leading onto the two main balconies. There is a well equipped kitchen, with a microwave, coffee machine, toaster and juicer; in fact everything you might need to make you feel at home. A spacious en suite double bedroom has access to a terrace.

Downstairs is the master suite complete with bathroom and shower room and a third double en suite bedroom. All bedrooms overlook the golf course - why not leave the door onto your balcony ajar and you will be awoken by birdsong? The whole property benefits from air conditioning / heating and a fan is provided in each bedroom for use at night.

A Sky digibox provides BBC and ITV channels and selection of CDs are available for your enjoyment. The Costa del Sol region

Andulacia is an all year round destination, well known for its beautiful beaches fringed by mountains, its sprawling white washed villages where time seems to have stopped, its modern golf courses, marinas, and many leisure facilities from riding through climbing to sailing and diving. Day visits can be made to places of interest including Ronda, Gibraltar, Seville and Granada.

For the families and children there are no end of attractions also ranging from the Selwo Wild Life Park at Estepona, Water Park and zoo at Fuengirola, Sea World Centre and Selwo dolphins in Benalmadina. None stop fun for all! This really is an outstanding location with something for everyone.

Marbella

Ten minutes drive along the coast you are in the heart of Marbella with its wealth of designer stores and delightful old town. Alternatively you may wish to walk there along the sea front from San Pedro, or catch the ferry from Puerto Banus. Here you can enjoy a quiet meal on the edge of the marina watching the sun go down over some of the most prestigious yachts in the mediterranian. Alternatively just mix with the celebrity A list and take in the unique Puerto Banus experience.

Beaches can be found everywhere, the closest being at San Pedro. Everywhere, too you find restaurants, bars and beautiful shops and markets which you can enjoy, knowing that, at any time, you can return to the peace and tranquility of La Quinta.

"Ticked all the boxes"

Apartment very comfortable and clean. Home from Home .Air conditioning/ heating excellent. Unfortunately we needed heating! Very well equipped especially kitchen with everything you need. Good barbecue. Excellent communication with owners. Ideally situated for golf which the men enjoyed whilst we enjoyed spa facilities in hotel and a walk along coast. Car hire recommended to enjoy excellent restaurants etc.

"A truly great place to stay"

What a fantastic apartment, you honestly will find nothing wanting. All home comforts and more, roomy, comfortable with views over the golf course. We travelled with two children aged 8 and 10 and grandparents . The apartment worked so well for us as the grandparents had their own space and bathroom and we utilised the downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was lovely -perfect for our girls, safe and enclosed we couldn't keep them out of it. I would recommend a car for travel to the beaches about 5-10 mins to the nearest. We had a fabulous holiday thanks so much Mrs Stewart.

"Excellent family friendly accommodation"

The location and facilities of the accommodation were excellent. Family sized shared pool was an over used facility by the whole family. The apartment is well maintained and felt like a home from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time away and would recommend it to other families, especially if you play golf. I would recommend that anyone hiring the apartment hires a car alongside it as it is a distance from the main towns in the area. We particularly enjoyed the nearby town of Rhonda in the mountains.

"Brilliant stay at El Pinar"

The experience at El Pinar 2 was of a very hgh standard. It began with a welcome from the agent who explained everything and ensured we settled in well. A lovely apartment well appointed, comfortable beds and ecellent ensuite facilities with a constant suppy of hot water.
The apartment is well located for golf and easy access to the AP7 and into Marbella and Puerto Banus.

"Comfortable, homely feel with excellent amenities for a family group."

We had excellent information from the vendor and were extremely pleased with the homely feel of the apartment. Many other villas we have stayed at have necessitated buying everything from washing-up liquid, oil, and non-perishables from the get go but thankfully this was well stocked. Clear instructions and guides were available to the local amenities (car is advised however). The upkeep of the Eagles Resort was second to none. The local Spa and golf club is very desirable but with prices to be expected. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend this holiday villa.

"Fantastic apartment and location"

"This is an outstanding traditional Spanish apartment that has everything! My wife loved it, the youngest who is 5 years old was really comfortable and my other teenage boys felt at home watching the Olympics each night.
The location overlooking the golf course was fantastic and the jewel in the crown in the little village of Benahavis which is beautiful. No complaints absolutely first class!" The Basi family August 2012.

"Excellent quality accommodation conveniently located."

The accommodation was better than the photos suggested.

It is very convenient for the following:
- a few minutes from the mororway (very easy to find)
- 27 La Quinta Golf course holes within 100 metres (you can choose just to play 9 holes)
- Valderrama is less than 30 mins drive away
- Marbella Club is 10-15 minutes away
- A taxi to San Pedro is 5 mins, a taxi to Puerto Banus is 10 mins

The balcony was a perfect place to relax and drink a beer after a round of golf.

Apartment was clean, bedrooms were a good size all with great ensuites. The whole apartment had a homely feel.

The local area was very quiet and felt much nicer than other such places (La Manga).

I would definitely recomment this apartment and I can envisage returning to it again given its convenient location for golf.

"Perfect golfers get-away"

I stayed in the accomodation over an extended weekend's golfing trip and have to say the property and the location was perfect. In terms of getting to the various golf courses we played, the location was excellent, with easy access to all the courses we played. There was also a great range of lovely restaurants in the immediate vacinity for apres golf !! The accomodation itself was immaculate and I particularly enjoyed the views of La Quinta course, and sitting on the balcony watching golfers hitting their shots with a cold San Miguel in my hand!!

"El Pinar is simply outstanding -- a home away from home that we all love"

The apartment is in a very unique complex taking the contours of the hills off the la Quinta golf course and blending this into the shape of the apartments.

El Pinar in simply beautiful. It is a duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms downstairs (master and second double) both of which are on-suite.

Upstairs is another large bedroom and the main bathroom.

The living and cooking areas are spacious and lead out onto the balcony which has panoramic views over the 1st hole of one of La Qunita's 3 nine hole loops.

The level of decor and cleanliness are second to none I have experienced.

A supermarket and restaurant/bars are 20 minutes walk or 4 minutes in the car and Puerto Bonus is only a short taxi ride away.

We would highly recommend El Pinar.

"A True costa del sol home from home"

We have stayed as a family at this lovely apartment for the last two years, it ticks all the boxes to such an extent that we are going again this year for an even longer stay.
The owners have equipped the apartment as it should be, a very comfortable home from home with all the creature comforts you would like but rarely get in a rental property.
Once intoxicated by this most untypical holiday property you won't be able to help yourself but start looking at local properties for sale.
Would highly recommend this property but only if you take care of others assets as I don't want it spoiled if we want to return yet again!
