This 6 bedroom villa situated in the prestigious area of El Rosario is full of character and charm. The villa offers 6 double bedrooms and 3 and a half bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms are en suite. Leading off the master bedroom is a large beautiful sun terrace making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the glorious weather. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences to include a dish washer and oven. Leading off the kitchen is a large dining area with seating for 12 people, leading off the dining room is the outside large BBQ area as well as the lounge area. The lounge has beautiful floor to ceiling patio doors leading again on to the BBQ area as well as the mature gardens, outside terrace and swimming pool. Costa del Sol has everything as a holiday destination - beaches, mountains, history, culture, sports and leisure activities of every description. Cruise along its superb motorway system and you can be in Malaga or Gibraltar in very little time. Go inland and you can visit the splendid cliff-top town of Ronda, the quintessentially Spanish pueblos blancos (white villages) or further on to the historic Moorish city of Seville. And then, only minutes away by car, you have the city of Marbella with its unique fusion of Spanish culture and cosmopolitan glitz.
Marbella / El Rosario area
El Rosario is situated on the edge of Marbella and consists of only exclusive villas ranging in value from 1 million upwards. The urbanization has 24 hour security with guarded entrance offering total peace of mind. Within walking distance of the villa are some beautiful little restaurants, tennis club, cafe and supermarket. The beach is a 15 minute walk or 2 minutes in the car. At the beach you will find white sands and some lovely little beach bars. The beach is ideal for children and slopes gently making it perfect for swimming. Although a car is not strictly necessary we do recommend one so you can explore all the wonderful attractions this area of the Costa Del Sol has to offer. These include world famous Puerto Banus and this location has something for all, from families to golfers or just those that like to party. Here you can enjoy a quiet meal on the edge of the marina watching the sun go down over some of the most prestigious yachts in the Mediterranean. Alternatively just mix with the celebrity A list and take in the unique Puerto Banus experience. While five minutes back along the coast you are in the heart of Marbella allowing you to shop until you drop in designer stores or maybe enjoy a stroll around the old town. For the families and children there are no end of attractions also ranging from the Selwo Wild Life Park at Estepona, Water Park and zoo at Fuengirola, Sea World Centre and Selwo dolphins in Benalmadena. None stop fun for all! This really is an outstanding location and we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
