"Excellent penthouse in a good community by the beach"

I went to Spain on my holidays with mine family and friends from Hungary for one week. we stayed in this urbanisation Alicate Playa in Marbella. The complex is recently new and well kept with security 24 hrs. The location is pretty good, there are bars and supermarket within a reasonable distances and the beach is just aprox 200 meters from the apartment.
The apartment is very spacious in and out side, quite comfortable sunny and it has some sea views.
The property manager, Daniel was very helpful.
I would recommend it.
