We offer you a charming house, brand new, luxury decorated. Ideal for relaxing in the peaceful area, for playing golf ( the resort is located beside the golf course ), for beach holidays ( 5 minutes driving to the beach), and also ideal for enjoying the cheerful Marbella and Puerto Banus, with all their restaurants, pubs, shops, activities ( 10 minutes driving to Puerto Banus,and 15 to Marbella). The house comprises of a large lounge/dining area with fireplace, with doors opening to a covered dining space, and a beautiful garden . The kitchen is brand new, offering breakfast area, and equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable ( including cooker, microwave, dishwasher....) There are four large lovely decorated bedrooms,and three bathrooms: you will find a twin bedroom and shower room on the ground floor. The master bedroom is located on the first floor, with a beautiful terrace , dressing room , and en suite bathroom. On the first floor you will find two more large twin bedrooms,and a family bathroom. The resort has a communal swimming pool, children's, playing area, BBQ area, gardens, and 24 hour security.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Villa Golf resort is only a 2 minute drive or 15 minutes walk to San Pedro de Alcantara, where you will find lots of cafes, restaurants and shops in the streets, a wide beautiful promenade with palm trees an a lot of typical chiringuitos , best place to taste the local fish while you enjoy your beach day. Puerto Banus is just a 5 minute drive, a place to bee seen, with its luxury yachts, famous and rich people from all over the world“s place for holiday, with international shops, lots of restaurants directly in the harbour ,and fantastic night life with piano bars, clubs... great to enjoy!! The Costa del Sol is known as the costa del golf, and is perfect for golf lovers. There are over 40 fabulous golf courses within 30 minutes drive from the house.

How to get there
Take a flight to Malaga airport, and take the A7 Highway towards Cadiz and Algeciras. Stay on the A7 until the exit to Marbella. Leave the highway in the exit to Marbella,and take then the N340 towards Cadiz and San Pedro de Alcantara.You will pass Marbella and Puerto Banus, and you will be crossing then San Pedro de Alcantara. Then you will come to the "Marbella- San Pedro de Alcantara" arch, which is a huge white arch from side to side of the N340. Turn inmediately right ( 50 meters after crossing the arch), on a sign post saying Guadalmina and Campo de Golf. Continue straight ahead, pass the red Barcelo Hotel, and over the crossroads.Turn next right, and continuE to the bottom of the road,until the gate of the resort. The house is number 27
