Marbella Hill View is a very safe and high quality low rise development located in a tranquil location of La Mairena offering Stunning Sea & Mountain Views over an Ecological Cork Forest. Our apartment provides for secure underground garage parking with Lift access to each of the 2 floors. The Apartment is in first class condition and is comfortably furnished with all of your holiday requirements taken into consideration.
We have both an Adult and Swimming pool with Sun Loungers, Parasols, shower and Toilet facilities. we also have a Padel Tennis Court that is floodlit at night.
A unique attraction is the extensive leisure facilities that are available Free to our guests. You play a round of Golf on our beautiful par 3 course or for the more energetic we have a well equipped Gymnasium and Tennis Courts. we also have a Spa where you can relax in our Sauna, Steam Room or Jacuzzi. Bookings are available on a Saturday to Saturday basis but we do try to accommodation different check in days subject to availability.
A 25% Deposit is payable for all Bookings made for more than 6 weeks before the arrival date. Any Bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival are payable in Full at the time of booking.
Payment can be made via a Bank Transfer or by PAYPAL. In certain circumstances some payment can be made in cash on arrival.
Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.
Refundable breakages deposit of £250 required on or before arrival, to be refunded within a maximum of two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection)
25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking.
There is a lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access.
The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol, situated on Spain's southern coast and stretches over 150 kilometres from Nerja in the east to Sotegrande in the west. The Costa del Sol is a province of Malaga and is one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations. The mild climate is the main attraction that makes it possible to enjoy the beaches and a wide variety of outdoor activities all year round. This region of Spain has paid host to a number of visitors throughout the ages and remnants of these ancient civilizations can still be found today.
The western Costa del Sol coastline, which stretches for 100km, begins at Malaga city heading west, bordering the province of Cadiz.
Malaga airport is just a 20 minute drive from Fuengirola along the main highway which is easily accessible. Local trains start at Malaga central and terminate at Fuengirola. A regular shuttle service every 30 minutes which is modern, reliable and above all, cheap! See below for more details.
The beaches in Torreblanca and Fuengirola are maintained to a high standard. Free fresh water public showers are provided all along the beaches. There are also pedalos, sun loungers and sun shades widely available. Whichever beach you're on there is always a bar or restaurant very close by!
There are miles of clubs, bars, cafes, restaurants and fine sandy beaches along the coast. For the cultural visitor, the highlights are the beautiful cities of Seville, Cordoba and Granada where there are some of the highest mountains in Europe (including Europe's southernmost skiing resort, Sierra Nevada - snow permitting!)
The Marbella / La Mairena area
La Mareina is located just a short drive away from Elviria. It offers many facilities with Banks, Quality Bars & Restaurants and 2 Supermarkets
Just a few minutes drive from Elviria is Marbella you have access the famous Old Town with it's cobbled streets and many fine Shops restaurants and tapas bars, The sea front and promenade with lots of restaurants, cafes and kids park areas and the the main shopping street Ricardo Soriano. If here on holiday you must go to Marbella!
Marbella the area, stretches from Calahonda in the East to just past San Pedro in the west and contains some of the Costa Del Sol and Spain's most expensive real estate! It is just 30 minutes from Malaga Airport, one of the busiest and most modern Airports in Spain.

Lovely stay in the Marbella Hills. We received a very friendly welcome from Veronika, who made sure we had all we needed. Smart, spacious apartment, with views of mountains one way and sea the other. Marbella was only a short drive away and Gibraltar just an hour away, both worth a visit. Wish we'd stayed longer!

We stayed here for 10 days in October and had a lovely time even with a few days of rain we still managed to find things to do. The apartment is finished to a high standard with Sky TV which is a bonus with a small child. There are lovely restaurants within walking distance which offer various two for one nights that we would recommend. Mike and Veronika both went out of the way to make the holiday even more enjoyable. We would definitely go back and stay again.
