Bookings are available on a Saturday to Saturday basis but we do try to accommodation different check in days subject to availability.
A 25% Deposit is payable for all Bookings made for more than 6 weeks before the arrival date. Any Bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival are payable in Full at the time of booking.
Payment can be made via a Bank Transfer or by PAYPAL. In certain circumstances some payment can be made in cash on arrival.
The Costa del Sol region

The mild climate is the main attraction that makes it possible to enjoy the beaches and a wide variety of outdoor activities all year round. This region of Spain has paid host to a number of visitors throughout the ages and remnants of these ancient civilizations can still be found today.
The western Costa del Sol coastline, which stretches for 100km, begins at Malaga city heading west, bordering the province of Cadiz.
Malaga airport is just a 20 minute drive from Fuengirola along the main highway which is easily accessible. Local trains start at Malaga central and terminate at Fuengirola. A regular shuttle service every 30 minutes which is modern, reliable and above all, cheap! See below for more details.
The beaches in Torreblanca and Fuengirola are maintained to a high standard. Free fresh water public showers are provided all along the beaches. There are also pedalos, sun loungers and sun shades widely available. Whichever beach you're on there is always a bar or restaurant very close by!
There are miles of clubs, bars, cafes, restaurants and fine sandy beaches along the coast. For the cultural visitor, the highlights are the beautiful cities of Seville, Cordoba and Granada where there are some of the highest mountains in Europe (including Europe's southernmost skiing resort, Sierra Nevada - snow permitting!)
La Mareina is located just a short drive away from Elviria. It offers many facilities with Banks, Quality Bars & Restaurants and 2 Supermarkets
Just a few minutes drive from Elviria is Marbella you have access the famous Old Town with it's cobbled streets and many fine Shops restaurants and tapas bars, The sea front and promenade with lots of restaurants, cafes and kids park areas and the the main shopping street Ricardo Soriano. If here on holiday you must go to Marbella!
Marbella the area, stretches from Calahonda in the East to just past San Pedro in the west and contains some of the Costa Del Sol and Spain's most expensive real estate! It is just 30 minutes from Malaga Airport, one of the busiest and most modern Airports in Spain.
