Conditions
Refundable breakages deposit of 500 € is required on arrival, to be refunded upon your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
A final clean at 25€ per person is payable locally upon arrival.
A non refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking with the balance becoming due two weeks prior arrival.

The Marbella / Istan area
Only 7km to the pretty white-washed village of Istan where one can enjoy hill walking, outdoor activities or simply sample some local cuisine. Approx a 10 minute drive to a wonderful array of beaches, restaurants and tapas bars in Marbella and Puerto Banus. Celebrity beach bars along the coast. Excellent shops at Marbella, La Canada shopping centre and many designer shops in Puerto Banus. Nearest supermercado 5km - Mercadona, selling variety of fresh fish, fruit, vegetables and provisions. Large department store El Corte Ingles in Puerto Banus. Many banks within a few kms along the coast. Championship'courses Aloha Golf Club approx 8km -8-10 drive.
The golf courses are within a short drive, as are canoeing/fishing on the lake at Istan, horse riding, jeep safaris, gun club, and tennis club/gym. Go-karting and amusement park 30 minutes.
