THIS PENTHOUSE APARTMENT IS FRONT LINE BEACH. It has two levels. On the top level, there is the master bedroom which has a kingsize bed, dressing table & wardrobes. There is also a large balcony / solarium. Off the master bedroom, there is an en-suite which has his/hers was basins, shower, toilet, bath & bidet.

On the lower level, there is a large dining area which is beautifully furnished to a high standard. There is also a Satellite Sky TV and DVD player with a large selection of films and music CD's for your enjoyment during your stay. The kitchen leads off the hall and is very spacious and well equipped. Extra storage units have been placed in the kitchen for your convenience along with strip lighting under the presses.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

The climate is Costa de Sol is quite good all year round.

The ski resort of Sierra Nevada is close to the beautiful city of Granda and approx. 2 hours drive from Marbella with excellent road access. The season usually starts just before Christmas and continues until April. Ski equipment can be hired at the resort.


Marbella / Los Monteros area

Marbella and Puerto Banus, the jet setters capital of the Costa de Sol, is just a short drive away. This is the coastal heard of Andulucia and many excursions are possible including Ronda, only one hour's drive away, stepped in thousands of years of history. The romantic city of Seville is 2 - 3 hours drive away. Nearby is Selwo Safari Park home to a wide range of animals and birds in a semi natural setting. Also in the area there is a Equestrian Centre, horse racing track, Tivoli World Amusement Park, Water Parks in Termolinos and Fuengirola and of course, the Barbary Apes in Gibraltar. For more adventurous, a trip to Morocco can be easily arranged.

THIS APARTMENT IS FRONT LINE BEACH AND ALSO IDEAL FOR GOLFERS. Car parking is situated in the basement, the left takes you to your front door. From the balcony, there are fantastic views of the sea and also the fabulour tropical gardens. Upstairs thee is a solarium which also has fantastic views of the sea and surrounding areas. There is a high level of security in this area.

The main feature of this property is its location, tropical gardens and the area. It is located in a very up-market area of Marbella and this is very evident throught the high security at the main entrance to the area.
