Easy parking There are plenty of parking spaces available around the building some free and some payable, but very cheap.

2 Minutes away from the multisport park. There you can find tennis courts, padle tennis couts, children play grounds. The congress palace is also only 4 minutes walk.

Car is not necessary as everything is nearby.

Marbella has the beautiful "Paseo Maritimo" (Esplanade) which stretches 7 kms, from the centre of Marbella all the way to Puerto Banus, and is lined with palm trees and sandy beaches. Along the esplanade there are many cafes, bars and places to get something to eat whilst enjoying a leisurely stroll.

"Vibrant central location with sea and mountain views"

We were a family of 4 travelling to Marbella for the first time. We hired a car which was a big mistake. Unless you plan to travel outside Marbella a lot I wouldnt recommend a car as you just dont nee… More

"Fantastic - views, location, facilities, size, comfort etc. etc. etc."

So you want a huge penthouse apartment right in the centre of town, with great views, great facilities and balconies facing East and West then look no further. A picture paints a thousand words so check out the images. This apartment has a 400 square foot gallery with elevated views to the sea. You can watch the sun rise in the East and set in the West from your own private balconies. Well equipped, you have air conditioning in each room, flat screen tv, jacuzzi bath, cool marble floors and the beds are very comfortable with two bedrooms having direct access to the verandah. The swimming pool is fresh water and great for a cool dip, though don't expect sun loungers. The nearby petrol station is a great landmark for taxis (as they all know where it is) and the park behind the apartment is perfect for an evening stroll especially if you have young children who will love the playground. Everything is within walking distance, shops, bars, the old town and off course the sea-front promenade from where you can walk to Puerto Banus (in about an hour) and catch the ferry back at only 8.50 Euros from the Port. There is a large Supermarket just 5 mins stroll away from where you can buy a very decent bottle of Rioja for less than 10 Euros and a decent bottle for less than 4 Euros. Access to the apartment is via a side gate and the street does have a slight incline. There are ramps and wheelchair access though the lift is small. Hope this helps, I would not hesitate to book this apartment again and though there were only three of us I have no doubt 6 people would have more than enough room and privacy. The walk in wardrobe in the main bedroom was especially convenient as it contained mirror images of shelving, drawers and hanging space so no fighting for space! Book with confidence. My daughter asked me to mention that if you are looking for a great nightclub in Puerto Banus try Tibu Banus and prepare for a long long night....

"fantastique séjour"

Avons passés un séjour merveilleux à marbella.
L'appartement en plus d'être spacieux,offre une vue sur la mer incroyable!
Les terasses sont très grandes et permetent à tous de profiter de l'extérieurs dans le calme tout en étant en plein centre ville à 300m de la plage!

"Ideal Base for stay"

I booked this property as the price was good and the location looked ideal. The property is located just off the main street of Marbella on a quiet road. It was 5 minutes walk to the beachfront and 20 minutes walk to the old town. It is close to a small shop and less than 5 minutes from a large well stocked supermarket.

There was satellite TV and we paid a small extra amount for wifi access. We were a part of 5, but the apartment can sleep up to 8 and there is lots of space, including two terraces. One gets the morning sun and the other gets the sun from midday through the rest of the day.

The weather was fantastic and of course this makes a holiday more enjoyable! We had no issues with the property and would certainly rent again if returning to the area.
