A delightful 2 bedroom- 2 bathroom apartment which is decorated and furnished to a high standard. It is situated on the first floor and can be reached by lift or stairs. The south west facing terrace overlooks the magnificent gardens and one of the pools. There are 4 pools in total one of which is a childreen's pool The cream marble floors and the freshly decorated pale walls lends to a feeling of light and spaciousness.
Newly decorated kitchen with granite work surface and newly tiled floors together with 2 new totaly refurbished bathrooms with spacious walk in showers have really complimented this apartment . The Lounge is generous and well decorated with flat screen HD TV with Sky satelite supplying a large selection of English, Irish & Spanish Channels. There is also a DVD and CD player.

The Master bedroom has a large double bed (5ft) with en suite and a wall mounted flat screen TV and opens on to the terrace. The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds, the main bathroom is situated right beside this bedroom. Bed linen and towels are to a very high standard. The kitchen is well equipped with wall oven, electric hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave Iron and large selection of kitchen ware.
Each of the windows are fitted with electric shutters.
Las Canas is a gated complex with 24hr security. There is really no need for a car unless you are golfing, as the apartment is so close to supermarkets, (a few mns stroll to a choice of 2 large supermarkets) and 15 restaurants, however if you have a car the apartment has its own barrier controlled private car park.

Located on the original Golden Mile half way between Marbella and Puerto Baunis Las Canas is a 5 star beachfront complex which has so much to offer all holidaymakers from young families to the more senior client looking for a relaxing break. For those wishing to golf there is a selection of world class courses to choose from within a short drive.
If you wish to just soak up the Marbella elegance on one of the finest streches of beach in the entire area, you can do so by simply strolling through the much admired tropical gardens and opening a private gate which leads you directly on to the beach, where sun loungers and parasols can be hired on a daily basis for a very modest charge. Water sports include windsurfing , water skiing, scuba diving and pedalos are available on the beach. There is a very nice childreen's play area on this beach.
The promenade or to give it the correct title Paseo Maritimo de Marbella streches all the way from Marbella to Puerto Baunis here you will find walkers, joggers, skateboarders, cyclists and keep fit enthusuasts. There is no better place to soak up the atmosphere and people watch than along the many cafe's, bars or seafood restaurants along the Paseo .
There are 15 restaurants in the immediate vicinity (within a few mns stroll) of Las Canas, with something to suit all tastes and pockets, but if you wish to stray a little further, you can choose between Puerto Baunis, which has an attraction all of its own with its bustling port housing some of the largest and most extravagant World Class Yachts, fashionable bars and restaurants or The Old Town of Marbella, with it's cobbled streets , authentic tapas bars, fine restaurants and bars.
The Centre of the Old Town is Orange Square and as it's name would suggest is lined with orange trees and tropical plants. This is a most ideal place to sit and simply watch the world go by.
*A deposit of 25% of the cost will secure your dates. The balance must be paid 1 month prior to arrival. *Payment must be done by bank transfer. special arrangement will be made for late bookings.
*A security deposit of 500€ is required. This deposit should be paid with the final balance and it will be refunded to you promptly following an inspection of the apartment, provided no loss or damage has occurred.
*All prices are fully inclusive of electricity & water charges. *In the case of 2 week rentals you will receive laundry change at the end of the first week . Maid service can be arranged at an extra cost for those that require it.
*Special prices agreed for 1/2/3 month rental details on request.
You will be met on arrival and introduced to the apartment by an our local caretaker. This person will call to the apartment either at the time of your departure, or very soon after your departure to check that all is in order.
If you are renting for 2 weeks or longer sufficent bed linen changes will be left for you, ( included in price) If you would like a cleaning service, one can be provided at an extra cost.
Our price is fully inclusive of electricy water charges on short lettings. In the case of 2 or 3 month lettings where we enter into a" Special Price " our price would be exclusive of these utility charges.

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol takes in 186 miles of Meditterranean coast line. The region stretches from Costa Tropical in Granada to the locality of Tarifa and is divided into Western Costa and Eastern Costa, the capital city of both is Malaga.. The Marbella section streches for aprox 15 miles from Guadalalmina to Cabopino . The Marbella section of the Costa is particularly attractive and has a special charm that makes it stand out. Just a few miles inland from the coast, life seems to have stopped 50 years ago, with Andalusian villages which offers you a complete new perspective on life.
By staying in Marbella on the Costa del Sol you are wonderfuly positioned if you wish to visit many historical cities and towns of Andalucia ( either by private car or public bus ) such as SEVILLE, GRANADA, CORDOBA, JEREZ and RONDA. The Costa del sol enjoys an average of 330 days of sunshine annually.
The Marbella / Golden Mile area
Marbella is without a doubt the most sought after area in the south of Spain. The reason for this is quite clear to any visor who has spent time in it knows - it caters for all tastes and requirements, in other words it has something for everyone,
Even regular visitors are sometimes confused as to where exactly the Golden Mile is located. The Golden Mile begins at the western edge of Marbella Town and stretches to the approach of Puerto Banus. It is dotted with five star hotels like the World famous Marbella Club, and The Puente Romano hotel both of which is a favourite with many of the world's jet -set. Fabulos private residences line the prestigous route you will find some of Marbella's most expensive and lavish real estate along the Golden Mile. THE LAS CANAS BEACH APARTMENTS ARE SITUATED RIGHT IN THE CENTRE OF THIS FAMOUS AREA.
Marbella Old Town is a hidden gem by day and by night. The narrow cobbled streets, beautiful shops many selling hand made local crafts from the area , art galleries, ancient churches - all beautifully preserved. It is home to a whole selection of cafes, restaurants and tapas bars which allows you to sit down enjoy a refreshment and watch the world go by, this vibrant atmosphere will absorb you. The centre of The Old Town is Orange Square or "La Plaza de los Naranjos" and as it's name would suggest it is lined with orange trees and tropical plants, this truly is a magical place.
Paeso Martimo de Marbella (the promenade) is lined with a great choice of bars, restaurants and seafood cafes. From here you can enjoy spectacular views across the Mediterranean and on most days you will have no problem viewing Moroco. Just off the Paseo you will find Avenida del Mar, Marbella, this pedestrianised walkway is flanked with beautiful fountains and displays an impressive selection of pieces of sculpture by the great Salvador Dali. Close by you will see La Alameda Park, this is a lovely shaded parkland area just off the main street in Marbella which is known as Ricardo Soriano where you will find locals and tourists taking a break from the midday sun. If you happen to visit in Mid June, you can see plenty of dancing and enjoy live music here while a festival known as Feria is in full swing.
Childreen are catered for very well in Marbella, they particularly love the train that brings them and adults all around Marbella, there is also a play area on many of the beaches. One of the most popular parks in Marbella is Funny Beach which offers cable skiing, go-karting, video games, electric bikes and many more attractions.
Water sports in Marbella include water skiing, windsurfing, skuba diving. You can also hire anything from pedal boats to high speed power boats.
Just beyond the Golden Mile and west of Marbella is Puerto Banus. It would be right to say that it is very different from Marbella, but most definitely has an attraction all of its own. Who does not like to stroll along the wonderful port area and admire some of the world famous Yachts, or stoll around the designer botiques. Here you will also find lively bars and night clubs, which are open from dawn to dusk.. The Port has expanded considerably in recent years and now includes a casino, commercial shopping centre , El Corte Ingles department store, marine observatory and a multi cinema .
If you are interested in playing a few games of golf during your holiday you wont be short of choice. A dozen magnificent golf courses allow you to enjoy the game at the highest level all year round in surroundings of striking natural beauty.
It is possible to take a boat ride from Marbella to Puerto Banus, this is a lovely trip and tickts can be purchased on the seafront in Marbella. You can buy a single ticket and this allows you the option of returning by bus or taxi.

A huge variety of Airlines which fly to Malaga Airport - Ryanair, Aer Lingus , easyJet, Monarch, bmiBaby, Thomson, Jet.2 and many more. Due to the fantastic location of Las Canas, there is really no need to hire a car. A Taxi from Malaga Airport to the Apartment will take aprox 45mns (70km) Alternatively there is a really comfortable Airport Coach service which costs 4.70Euro and will bring you to Marbella bus station, and a taxi from there to Las Canas Beach Apartments will cost aprox 10Euro. If you wish to hire a car at Malaga Airport, The Apartment has a secured underground car park.

My husband and two friends spent a week in this apartment in June 2012. The apartment itself is first class, quiet, spotless and everything in it that you would need for your stay. My favorite place was the lovely spacious balcony where we had breakfast every day and a lovely place to relax with a drink before setting off for a nice meal in any of the many restaurants both literally around the corner and in Marbella or Peurto Banus. The walk along the front right into Marbella is lovely in the evening when it is cooler. Would highly recommend this apartment. We did have a car but if I was going again would have no problem doing without!! There are three pools and a walk through the beautiful gardens to the beach.

Myself and my husband enjoyed a great break here at Las Canas recently. The apartment is 5 star, beautifully furnished and meticulously maintained. Its location and proximity to the beach was a big plus, wonderfull to be able to walk to the local shops and restaurants and leave the car behind. The complex has beautiful gardens and pools, well maintained and perfect for relaxation. We have passed on this apt details to our friends and we will definatly make a return visit, Maria and Barry.
