A luxury 1st floor apartment located in the prestigious Las Mimosas de Golf complex that is furnished to a very high standard and sits between the beautiful beaches and marina of Puerto Cabopino and the golf course. Competitive pricing as this is the first year this apartment has been advertised for holiday lets.

It stands in the middle of well maintained and mature landscaped gardens. There are two crystal clear swimming pools (one designed specifically for toddlers) located in the gardens. There are ample high quality sun beds and a well kept grass areas for relaxing by the pool with changing room and WC's by the pool.

As these apartments are surrounded by a gold course and a protected green area it is extremely quiet (no road noise or loud awakenings!) although only a short walk to the bustle of the marina, restaurants and beaches

One double bedroom has both en-suite bathroom and direct access to the large terrace with sea views. The second bedroom is twin bedded, with a family bathroom adjacent, and views to the gold course and driving range to the rear. There is a good quality travel cot (with additional cot mattress and linen) for use free of charge.

A high quality double air-bed and a high quality single air bed (with integrated pump) are provided for use in the lounge diner or main bedroom should there be more than four adults and a baby/toddler (this will be set up for our guests where appropriate).

The lounge diner can seats 6 people, and a high chair is provided, with an additional 6 seater dining table and chairs on the large terrace, providing a dining experience overlooking the pool, garden and coast.

In the main living room there is a 42" Plasma TV with Freeview channels such as BBC/ITV, and a selection of other UK satellite channels, in addition to DVD¨home cinema system (with good DVD rental shops nearby). The main bedroom also has a TV with Spanish programmes.

The port and marina of Cabopino with its famous restaurants is a 12 minute walk away, as are the large sandy beaches. The apartment directly borders the stunning Cabopino golf course.

The Andalucia region

The area offers a variety of landscapes with long stretches of sandy beaches, high-quality golf courses, beautiful marinas, without forgetting the bustling towns, quaint white-washed villages and rugged mountain ranges.

It also has its own micro-climate giving the location and average of over 300 days of sunshine a year.

The region of Andalucia is wonderfully rich in history. Indeed, there are numerous interesting places to explore including the world famous Alhambra in Granada.

Marbella

Puerto Cabopino has a very picturesque marina fronted with restaurants overlooking the luxury yachts, in fact this a much smaller and more charming alternative to Puerto Banus. It has three beautiful "blue star" beaches. One traditional quieter beach with a single "Churingito" specialising in fish, a second busier family beach ideal for children (with the waves protected between a promenade and the marina) with a few churingitos, and both of these have ample sun beds. The adjacent third beach "Las Dunas" is much quieter and surrounded by beautiful sand dunes.

Less than 75 metres from the door of the apartment is the driving range for Cabopino Golf, with the course immediately to the rear. This is a beautiful course with stunning views over the apartments and to the coast.

Within 15 minutes is the town of Marbella, which is a great place to spend the day or evening - it has a lively beach area with sand sculpting, play areas, restaurants and a long promenade. The pretty and ancient old town is excellent restaurants in its cobbled streets and "orange square". There is a very large shopping and cinema complex (La Canada) with a huge supermarket and large selection of fashion outlets just outside the town centre.

Inland there are numerous traditional white villages to visit within a short drive.

There are high quality and affordable attractions for everyone around Cabopino, be it beautiful beaches, lots of children's play areas along the promenades, water-parks, golf, tennis, horse riding and of course the lovely pool area itself at the apartment.

"Fantastic Weekend"

A fantastic apartment everything we needed for our stay in an ideal location close to all amenities.
The service from the original booking to the meet and greet upon arrival was second to none.
Many thanks to all who made our weekend away.
Will definitely be returning soon.

"Good position, great restaurants and near to various cities"

The apartment is nicely situated and has all the facilities that you would need to enjoy your stay. There is plenty of room in the apartment and it is nicely furnished with a lovely balcony where you can sit and gaze at the sea and enjoy a glass of wine.
It is in quiet location, close to a golf course, the sea, and also close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants which you could walk to easily.
The pool area is lovely and never too noisy or busy and the gardens are beautifully maintained.
We like to travel on local transport (buses/taxis) but you may wish to have a car to explore the area.
We have stayed here a few times now and always enjoy our stay (as does our family). We look forward to returning again shortly this year and hopefully again in the future.

"An EXCELLENT holiday."

The apartment was the "foundation" and the "rock" on which our holiday was based. It proved to be just that - we found it excellent. The apartment was very quiet in a lovely location - no road noise and a golf course behind. We considered a car essential. We found the description matched up with what we experienced. We considered a car very necessary.

We chose to drive to the excellent eateries in the port. The main road provided easy access to Marbella or Malaga. We also ventured to Gibraltar - spectacular despite the queues both in and out of this British enclave.

In conclusion this apartment was an excellent choice for us.

"Fantastic apartment, clean, safe and good value"

I stayed at the apartment in July with 3 friends for one week. We were looking for a sunshine holiday that suited all budgets and decided that an apartment in spain, with a pool and beach nearby would be perfect. We were not at all disappointed when we turned up at Mimosas Golf Capobino, the apartment was spacious, very clean, and exactly as described by the owner, Dominic. The two bathrooms were large and made it much quicker for 4 girls getting ready in the evening! The lounge was very comfortable with a good quality TV and the terrace overlooking the gardens/pool was brilliant. The pool was very well maintained (although we didnt have access to the sun loungers), as were the gardens. The beach is a 10 minute walk from the apartment, although it's not the safest walk as no pathway on much of the route. The local shop was very convenient as were the two restaurants. The apartment is in a quiet location so may not suit everyone, but we went to marbella, puerta banus and mijas in the evening by taxi, which wasn't too expensive - but the location is better suited to those with a car. There are lots of nice restaurants locally in copobino marina if you don't want to venture far.
The booking process was simple and Dominic replied to emails promptly.
Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone thinking of visiting the area.

"Peaceful location and beautiful garden areas"

Third time we have stayed in this apartment and we will definitely be back again. The apartment is well maintained and more than adequately equipped.
We enjoy sitting on the balcony looking out over the well maintained gardens and through to the sea.
Not too far from the excellent choice of restaurants and beach in the relaxed resort of Puerto Cabopino.
Can't wait to go back again.

"Close to beach, spacious and quiet"

We stayed here for 5 nights and loved it! Had 1 and 3 year old so we were very impressed by the beach and how close were were. Apartment was clean, everything you need and two bathrooms! The pool was clean and warm and not too busy, would definitely recommend! A plus also was the local indian, best indian meal I've had outside of London!! Thanks Dominic.
