La Querencia is the name of this beautiful villa loosely translated this means "The place I love to be". The villa is located 5 minutes drive from the beautiful town of Marbella. A very sophisticated town alive with wonderful restaurants and shops.
La Querencia is located on the prestigious Hacienda Las Chapas urbanisation. The villa is set in beautiful tropical gardens with a good sized Solar heated pool. The villa is 8 years old and built in the rustic stlye of Andalucia, although providing all the conveniences of modern living. There are far reaching views of the mountains and sea.
There are 4 bedrooms: the Master bedroom with king size bed, Bedroom 2 with double bed and 2 singles, Bedroom 3 with twin beds and Bedroom 4 with twin beds. There is a Master bed with en-suite and wc, shower and bidet, a Family bathroom with bath, separate shower, bidet and wc, and a Shower room with wc. The Kitchen is large with all the equipment needed for family living: Hob, large oven, microwave ,washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher. The terrace is through french doors where you will find a lovely conservatory suite to relax. Living Room is a large living leading to the terrace, it has TV, Sky, DVD and wonderful views. There is also a beauitiful Atrium above dining area for indoor dining, a must for the romantic dinner.

The coast is littered with many golf courses our personal favourite is La Cala with its 3 courses which is located approximately 7 miles away. Within a 5 minute drive there is Marbella Golf, Cabopino Golf and Santa Maria. golf these courses are loved by all who visit the area.
There are many beautiful beaches in the area, within a 5 minute drive is Cabopino Beach with it's golden sands and lovely restaurants. This is the beach that we always use and is safe for the whole family. We always take friends and family here.
Nearest restaurant - La Hacienda is located in Avenida 16. in Hacienda Las Chapas. There are many restaurants in Elviria which is 2 miles away. Cabopino which is also 2 miles away is a must in the evening. A beautiful port surrounded by restaurants. Cash machines and banks can be found in Elviria.
How to get there
The property is approximately 35 minutes drive from Malaga airport.
There a a number of budget airlines which fly to Malaga, including: Easyjet, Bmi Baby, Monarch, Thomson Fly and XL airways.

Further details indoors: There are two steps at the entrance of the villa, Any persons with special disability needs are catered for on the ground floor as there is a shower room with wc and a twin bedroom. The hall, kitchen, living room and dining area are all open plan, therefore wheelchair access is good. The only two doorways are to the shower room and the bedroom.
Further details outdoors: The private pool is 33 x 16 feet and is heated. There is a covered terrace which has a a comfortable conservatory suite. The terrace also has a toldo to shade it from the sun. There is a covered patio with a dining table and chairs, seating 10, for alfresco dining.

Towels and linen are provided. The property is lightly cleaned during the week, on a Tuesday or Wednesday and a full clean is given on Saturday morning. We have a wonderful cleaner who is extremely trustworthy. She can be hired for an additional 15 euro.
