The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol has a warm climate with low rainfall which makes it an ideal holiday destination all year round.
This region has numerous beautiful sandy beaches with an abundance of quality international restaurants. It is also well known for the many championship standard golf courses and spectacular boating marinas.
The apartment is in the heart of the Costa del Sol, ideal for all of the above and also exploring Andalucia, Gibralter and even day trips to North Africa or ski-ing in the Sierra Nevada, there is something for everyone.
La Reserva de Marbella is a prestigeous development in Las Chapas to the east of the main town and resort of Marbella. Las Chapas has a beach, shops, 24 hour supermarket and pharmacy, bank, hotel and restaurants.
La Reserva de Marbella is a 5 minute drive from the popular marina and beach at Cabopino where water sports are available, as well as many restaurants and bars.
Trendy Nikki beach is a 10 minute drive and Marbella Old Town with its quaint streets, bars, restaurants and shops is 15 minutes. The jet-set marina and shopping area at Puerta Banus is a 20 minute drive.
Numerous golf clubs including Cabopino, Santana, El Chapperal, La Noria, Santa Maria, Miraflores, La Cala, Marbella Golf, Santa Clara and Rio Real are all within easy reach.
Other attractions within easy reach include Tivoli World and chairlift to falconry display at Benalmadena. Beautiful Mijas Village or Ronda with their stunning views. There is also a fantastic 7 km walk along the coast from Marbella to Puerta Banus after which you can return by boat.
