This gem of a villa has it all and is only a mere 45 minute drive east of Malaga Airport Villa Casa Colina commands some breathtaking and undisturbed views of the 'Serrania de Ronda' and 'Sierra Blanca' mountains and down to the Mediterranean sea through two valleys.

You enter the property through double doors leading you into an amazing vaulted hallway. A beautiful contemporary chandelier specifically commissioned for this house hangs from the ceiling. Leading to the left you will find 3 beautiful bedrooms and a guest cloakroom. A few step down to the right and you enter the large, light and spacious lounge/dinning area.
Up the stair way is the wonderful master suite comprising 2 bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom. Taking the stair way downstairs you will find a play area for the children the laundry room and the Nanny Suite comprising en suite bathroom and kitchenette.
The Lounge has been beautifully designed and is well equipped with amble seating area and provision of a large plasma HDTV with satellite and UK Sky and a Blu ray player. A Bowers and Wilkins docking system has also been provided although guests will be required to provide there own iPod. The dining area includes a table with leather seats to comfortably accommodate eight people. From this room access is available to the covered outside terraced area with the pool, landscaped gardens, sun bathing deck and of course stunning views. From this room you can also walk out to the outside courtyard, take a seat and relax.
The kitchen leads off of the Lounge/ dining room through sliding doors giving an open plan aspect, again with beautiful views. The kitchen is fully fitted with an induction hob double oven/microwave and a large fridge/freezer; black granite worktops give the room a clean, reflective toneAll bedrooms have been decorated to a high standard , thus ensuring guests enjoy the finest comforts to relax in. The Master Suite, Pink Room and Nanny suite also comprise of fully equipped en suite bathrooms.

The Costa del Sol, is one of the areas that contains all the ingredients for a good holiday. Over 300 days of sunshine every year, a beautiful coastline with fabulous beaches, enchanting towns and villages, magnificent countryside, stylish resorts, sophisticated nightlife, superb shopping and an amazing choice of golf courses make the Costa del Sol a perfect choice for a holiday.
The area offers something for everyone - families, couples, groups of friends and, of course, golfers.The Costa del Sol caters to the young and old alike, offering a host of entertainment choices for both natives and visitors. The coast boasts one of the highest concentrations of world-class golf courses (mostly in Malaga, Spain), to the extent that it is often dubbed "The Costa del Golf". For families there are theme parks, including water parks, go-karting, safari parks and many beautiful public gardens. For younger visitors the main areas of attraction are Benalmadena's Puerto Marina & '24-hour square' and Puerto Banus in Marbella. Both are very trendy and chic.
The area's infrastructure is well organized with the new Autopista del Sol providing access from Malaga to Estepona and beyond to Gibraltar. The old N-340 coastal road (now also called the A-7) is a little slower but offers some lovely sea views as it winds its way along the coast. Links between Granada, Seville and Cordoba are easily accessible for those wishing toventure further inland.
The International airport has regular flights to most major cities, and is located just 10 minutes from Malaga City centre.
Depending on what you enjoy you could drive for 10 minutes inland and find typical white Andalucia Villages, visit designer shops in Puerto Banus, enjoy a meal mixed with the scent of orange blossom in Marbella Old Town, choose from 40 Golf courses on the Costa Del Sol, sit on the beaches, walk in the mountains, ski on the lakes, visit a children's theme park, go to a flea or street market.
Please take time to plan your break, visit Marbella Old Town, Estepona, Ojen, Istan. The wonderful town of Ronda, Granada is only 2 hours away. Malaga itself is a beautiful City, one of Europe's most underrated. Stroll around the Yachts and people watch in Puerto Banus or Benalmadena. Sit on a Costa Del Sol beach on a clear day, squinting to see if that really is Africa in the distance.
The Marbella / El Madronal area
Casa Colina is located on La Reserva del Madronal and is one of the Costa del Sol's best-kept secrets. Located off the Ronda Road in the district of Benahavis and perched 400 metres above sea level with commanding views of the coast below, El Madronal lies on a vast plot of pine and cork forest adjacent to the ultra-exclusive La Zagaleta estate.
El Madronal boasts some of the coast's finest properties, with a variety of sumptuous villas Protected by 24 hour security within this privileged setting.
Although El Madronal is an idyllic country retreat, the award winning village of La Heredia is only a few minutes drive from the villa and has many local amenities including a top class restaurant, village bar, bakery, butchers and supermarket. The jet-set marina of Puerto Banus can be reached in around 10 minutes and the ancient hillside town of Ronda can be reached in around 30 minutes. Guests shall also find they are only a few minutes drive from the beaches, shopping, tennis & golf.
