The apartment is brand new for the 2007 season
The apartment has a double bedroom with a large en-suite luxury bathroom.
There is a twin room with an extra pull out bed if required and a large luxury shower room
A fully fitted out kitchen equipped with every conceivable utensil
There is a separate spacious utility room with a washing machine and enough area to store golf clubs
The balcony is south-facing and spacious; perfect for shade in the Mediterranean sunshine or simply watching the sun go down.
Heating for out of season and cooling in the summer is provided via the modern air conditioning system

Beautiful mature plants, flowers and trees have been planted everywhere to compliment the beautiful and tasteful architecture of the development.

The complex consists of small exclusive blocks of up to 14 apartments only constructed to resemble large Spanish villas.
The complex is positioned approximately 5 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches in the very exclusive area of Elviria where many of Spain's rich and famous chose to reside

The Costa del Sol region


The Costa Del Sol is a beautiful area of Southern Spain enjoying fantastic sunshine throughout the year. The whole coast enjoys beautiful beaches with every conceivable water sport activity available. Andalucia's famous white mountain villages such as Casares and Gauchin are within easy reach of the coast. For those wanting to explore Andalucia, Cordoba, Ronda, Granada, Gibraltar or the Sierra Nevada ski fields are all within a few hours drive. For the more adventurous day trips to Moroccco are easily organised and Portugal is reached within a few hours drive.
The world famous Puerto Banus and Marbella are located within a 10 minute drive along this coastline where the rich and famous are often seen.
The surrounding area has hidden and secluded beaches, restaurants and areas of natural beauty. The Costa Del Sol also has theme parks, water parks, lively and bustling bars , restaurants and shopping to suit all tastes.
Golfers heaven! There are over 50 top quality golf courses along this coast including the famous Valderrama course. The whole area is a huge attraction to the golfing fraternity. Within a couple of minutes drive are the fantastic golf courses of Santa Maria, Santa Clara, Cabopino and Marbella Club. Countless more are within a short drive
The Marbella / Elviria area
Elviria is located approximately 1.5km inland set in a wooded valley. The surrounding residential area is dotted with large exclusive villas where some of the Spanish rich and famous chose to live. Within a couple of minutes drive is the beautiful golf complex of Santa Maria which is a must for any golfer visiting the area.A few minutes drive is the centre of Elviria with a restaurants and bars together with a few shops. The 5 star Don Carlos Hotel sits on the beach. 5 minutes east is the small port of Cabopino with its beautiful beach, bars and restaurants. Nikki Beach is another favourite within a few minutes drive.10 minutes west takes you to the heart of Marbella Old Town with numerous restaurants set in "orange square" and a promenade where all the restaurants spill onto the pavement. 5 minutes further is Puerto Banus. This beautiful and bustling marina is a "must do" when visiting Marbella famous for its yachts, gourmet restaurants, designer boutiques, people watching and nightlife

Not very clean, no hairdryer as stated,when we reported this were told we could buy one down the road, at our own cost!washer not working and had to be repaired, rep not helpful initially until he realised we were not accepting it!. Shower hose in main bedroom broke, we replaced at our own cost, still waiting for re-inbursment. Keys not sent rec. del, rep met us, but this was a good thing to help in finding property, but we had to take him in our car and back as his was broken down, he was supposed to come back on departure but time was too early for him. We were also instructed to strip our beds on departure. Very dissappionted when we saw another rental,on the same complex at the same time, ours was poor in comparison and they had not paid more than us. Outside furniture rusty and dirty and balcony had not been swept in a long time, nor under the beds! Ther were wires sticking out of the Walls an all the rooms but they were at the top of the Walls so we were not near them. Local tourist mags were about 2 years out of date. The complex it's self was very nice with lots of pools to chose from, a car is definitely needed as there is no public transport and shops and restaurants are too far away to walk too. |
